    Upon arrival (5/1) the front desk person was rude. She assumed we were with a group apparently she wasn't happy with being there. She refused to look up our IHG number due toy husband not able to find the number. Once he found the number, she informed him to put it inthe system himself stating her computer wouldn't let her House keeping was very good. We were staying for 8 days and they checked on us daily for our needs and cleaning was wonderful. Had to ask for coffee machine to be filled multiple times during breakfast. Soda machine was only on during breakfast on Monday - Wednesday evening for meetings. They wanted patrons to by drunks from their little store. The best part was the laundry facility was free to use. That was the greatest.

    Absolutely loved my stay here and will be returning! I appreciate check-in staff getting me a complementary upgrade as my diamond benefit, even though my coworkers who I was rooming with got in a night before me and checked us in. Especially appreciative since I booked somewhat last minute and a lot of hotels were full. The breakfast was great and I loved the vegetarian options! They place was clean and everyone working was friendly and helpful. This hotel is going to be my new go-to when working in Indianapolis!

    A very nice place to stay. The staff was very friendly. It is a great place to stay the night before you need to take an early flight from Indianapolis.
