  Recently stayed at this location. Staff was super nice. Breakfast was decent. The room we had was a 2 bedroom suite 1 king and 2 full on the other. The room with the King bed felt like laying on logs- HORRIBLE experience- my back is still hurting from it. This was reported to front desk concierge. The 2 Bdrm full beds felt nice. The room didn't smell fresh, it smelled of mold and mildew most likely from the uncleaned carpet- since everything else seemed clean. The sofa in the sitting room was very uncomfortable as well..felt bulky and loose. Overall- We're not sure if we will return due to the uncomfortable bed experience and the carpet smell.

  We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! I was looking for something close to the Indy airport that was clean with kind service and that is exactly what we got! The hotel is very nice inside, furniture in great shape, and everything in good, working order. The pool outside is beautiful and perfectly clean! The front desk staff was helpful with all of our questions and requests. We loved our stay!

  First - I have to say the staff here are some of the kindest people we have met in a hotel. Past that, I have never had so many issues with a hotel room. I made a reservation in February for a one room with two double beds in July. The week prior, I called the hotel just to confirm dates and the reservation. They informed me the hotel for unkown reasons changed our reservation the month prior to a one bed King room. We did not ask for that change, or were even notified it had been changed. It then took calling the hotel a total of three times the weekend before our trip to get it fixed back to how we had it. The actual room was not bad, other than the pile of toe nails that was behind the bedroom door. For our five night stay, our total was about $970. We are accustom to a temporary hold put on the card for potential damages. What we did not expect was seven different charges totalling over $1,900 worth of holds on our credit card. They were not all the same amount, and new ones came daily. Once we checked out some fell off and the final total was the original correct amount. So, I would strongly recommend using a credit card and NOT a debit card when making the reservation at this hotel. It took four trips to the front desk and talking to five different staff to finally get it ironed out. We knew other folks staying in the same hotel, and they had similar charges on their cards. During our five night stay, we had to get new hotel keys daily. No exaggeration. We thought about using them to make a card pyramid since we had so many dysfunctional keys.

  First of all... Check in was SEAMLESS!! Tara, Amanda, And Dave (David) at the front desk ARE ALL SUPERSTARS!! So pleasant and welcoming!! Jackie who does the cooking for the social hour is PAST AMAZING!! Such a Sweet and Patient lady!!! As quick as she was putting the food out it was gone!! Lol DELICIOUS AND HOT!! The Lady cooking breakfast was AWESOME TOO!! ( I didn't get her name, sorry) But she deserves recognition ALSO!! Even the Maintenance Man( sorry I didn't get his name) he is AWESOME TOO!! PLEASE REWARD THEM!! ALL STAFF!! THEY DELIVERED 5 STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO!! Next, on to the Property... BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY!! Beautiful Flowers and Plants surround the property! They have Birds of Paradise plants and other beautiful colorful plants and flowers at the front entrance!! LOVED IT! The Heated outdoor Pool area and Hot Tub yeilded PLENTY OF SPACE AND SUN!! The fire pit and GAS GRILL areas ADD A BEAUTIFUL TOUCH and makes you feel at home! My king Suite was Perfect for me and my grands and made for a nice Getaway!! BREAKFAST BUFFET WAS DELICIOUS with plenty of options! My grands are picky eaters and they were more than Happy with the breakfast!!! And the social hour foods too!!!! Again...5 STARS!! I have traveled to Florida, Texas, Louisiana and Cancun for work and IHG Properties and STAYBRIDGE SUITES is my go to Every time! I live in Indy now, but when I want a staycation vacation for a few days, this will definitely be my First and ONLY property!!! Thank you so much for all you do!
