- RARima AfifiAug 15, 20265.0This hotel feels new and fresh, with no musty smells or old furnishings. The room and bathroom were clean and the beds were comfortable. We spilled some juice at breakfast, and the staff was so sweet about it. They came right in immediately and got it cleaned up, no fuss.
- GPGeorgianna ParisiAug 9, 20263.0First, I want to thank Chase at the front desk for resolving a problem. I thought I had booked a room with a separate area for a pull out couch, but it was through a scammer hotelplanner. We had to cancel one day of our trip and did speak to the HI front desk. That person assured us that we were going to get the room we requested. When we checked in, NO, just a room with a pull out couch with a bed. Chase got us the correct room. The breakfast is fantastic. Now for the bad stuff: When my son pulled out the sofa bad, there were NO sheets, etc., in the room. He called the front desk, went down, and got sheets but no pillows! The next day around 1, we left, and took off the do not disturb sign (there were housekeeping carts in the hall). We came back, and no one had straightened up our room. Also, the shower door would not close, and I had to stuff a washcloth in between the doors to keep it closed.

I was ALLOWED to rebook, at a rate that was $350 above my reservation rate. several other friends with reservations all received similar emails the night before. Bad Business. will stay elsewhere next trip
