  Needed a place to stay two days before Thanksgiving last year due to a last minute change in my travel plans due to weather. This hotel was the cheapest option in the area so I was able to get a last minute booking. This facility is very clean and the staff was so friendly, I even got a little welcome bag with water and a muffin (not sure if that is for everyone or because I am an IHG member). The room was very clean and neat and even had that fresh clean hotel room smell. Breakfast was great as well. If you need a clean and cheap place to stay in the Fishers/Noblesville area this is the place to stay.

  I've been to a lot of Hotels and this one I recommend, lot of great food over the top in all the hotels have been to they have the best breakfast so many things to choose from I'm impressed all in all the service the beautiful surroundings the rooms were very clean beds for very comfortable we had two queen beds we have plenty of room for our luggage everything about that place I want to go back to what service we Muncie place like this

  First, I’m an IHG gold member and have even been diamond level. So, I’ve been to a lot of IHG hotels. This stay was for six nights and was going along ok till the last morning. The last morning, the water pressure dived while my wife was showering and went ice cold. I went down to the front desk and was told sorry, they’re doing work and it won’t be up for at least an hour. So my wife could barely shower and I couldn’t at all and all we got was sorry. No notice to all the guests they’d be doing this in the middle of the morning when people are getting ready. And then for breakfast, they’re doing ran out of eggs and biscuits, so there wasn’t much of anything for breakfast my 9:00 AM. I asked for the manager to call me and the front desk said he would and he hasn’t yet. Also, the jetted tub would barely fit one person let alone two. Very disappointed especially given that there is so much in the area.

  I actually thought I would get to write a good review about this hotel. Unfortunately, absolutely 0 stars for the handling of the parking lot repaving. Will not stay here again because that alone was such a horrific experience. It is completely understandable that maintenance has to be done from time to time. Unfortunately, no mention of it in the listing while booking the hotel even though it was obviously planned and signed at the property to be happening over several days. They have the option to professionally update their property information with renovation dates. Booked the hotel knowing they had a large parking lot that could accommodate. 2 of the 3 days of my stay I had to completely modify my schedule. Severely more than a small inconvenience. Got a phone call in the morning to move the vehicle because they failed to properly block the parking lot the night before. 100% this should have been done when one side of the lot was reopened before the workers left for the day knowing they would need access to the other side cleared the next morning. You would never expect to come in and start working in the morning so the hotel has to call every guest room to see if they have a vehicle that needs moved. The hotel should be asking for reimbursement from the paving company for their lack of professionalism and competence. The last night I spent 25 minutes driving around neighboring lots to find parking when 75% of the hotel's parking lot is now closed. The front desk could not tell me where we are allowed to park and was argumentative when I asked. Failure to properly plan doesn't make you in the right because you put up a sign. If you fail to provide parking for your guests, you better have a back up plan in place beforehand. I cannot even believe anyone thought this was professionally planned or managed.

  Clean, pleasant atmosphere and great breakfast. Loved the bedding.
