  Good enough for a night but disappointing for a holiday inn! Out dated and rough. Misinformed from check in at night to morning staff saying it’s not the case. Would have kept driving if I had known.

  My comments are about accessibility. The handicap parking spaces are around the side of the building not in front. The bathroom didn't have a safety bar beside the toilet. The room had a tub it wasn't a walk-in shower.

  Friendly front desk, clean rooms, a bit older hotel but still nice. Definitely would stay here again. Brought my service dog, no problems. Very welcoming, even have us 1st floor rooms, easier to facilitate potty time.

  Typical place to catch some sleep. Good hot/cold breakfast options. Had plenty of juice and coffee/tea/hot chocolate options. Very quiet. A few restaurants close by for food options.

  Jessica went above and beyond for us, and we can’t thank her enough. We had a flat tire at 3:00 AM and were stranded, desperately looking for a place to stay for the night. Unfortunately, the hotel was completely booked and she couldn’t get us a room there, but she didn’t stop trying to help. Jessica personally called multiple hotels throughout the area and searched everywhere she could until she found the only available room around. She made sure everything was taken care of and that we had somewhere safe and comfortable to stay after a very stressful situation. In a world where many people would have simply said “sorry, we’re full,” Jessica went the extra mile without hesitation. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine concern for helping us turned a terrible night into a manageable one. Thank you, Jessica, for your outstanding customer service and for truly caring. You deserve every bit of this 5-star review
