It's a Holiday Inn Express, not a resort club on a Caribbean beach. Along with that comes a level of expectation that there will be noisy doors and people coming and going at all hours. What this hotel does to earn a five-star rating are the people working there. The housekeeping staff was friendly in the hallway and did a great job turning a room. The people behind the check in counter greet you with a smile and a friendly word. Best of all was the lady doing the breakfast (I never got her name), who bent over backwards to make sure breakfast was hot, well stocked, and the area was kept clean. You can't put a dollar amount on that kind of hospitality these days. Great job!

Was remodeled , but workmanship was very poorly done. Room ac unit is very old and not cleaned. Hotel sits next to 469 and very loud with traffic. Easy parking and good breakfast.easy check in and out

I called and reserved through reservation. I told them I was working in town for night shift 6P-6a. In fact I did not check in until 2 am. I asked for a late check out on Friday. Reservation said they would note it. I checked in. I woke up early the next day asked the desk clerk, she said “ oh! We can’t check out late as 5 pm. Because I was a platinum member I would be able to check out at 2pm. When I returned on early morning from work, there was a note under my door saying I had to check out by 1230p. They were sorry. At 1130a there was a loud knock from housekeeping being rude saying she wasn’t told anything.
The mini fridge seal was broke so refrigerator ice box melted all over the floor. The sheets and pillows smelled like sweaty body. I had to tow them on the floor. The carpet was stained. The only thing good was the lady who did the breakfast was nice and polite.

Hotel was dated but kept clean. Breakfast was good and hotel staff very friendly. Get a first floor room if you don’t like elevators, I inquired about getting a first floor room because it was horrible going down. They said it was normal.

We had a very nice experience here. The rooms were clean and well supplied. I had concerns with the breakfast as to whether there were gluten free options because I have Celiac. Udis muffins and bagels were available and prepackaged and Jen, who worked in the kitchen, was extremely friendly and helpful. She even allowed me to view the ingredients labels for the egg mixes and other breakfast items.
When checking out, Jessica (if I remember her name correctly) was very friendly and helpful as well. All throughout my 4 day stay, my experience with the staff was super positive. I would stay there again if I'm ever in the area.
The only complaint was that there were a lot of doors loudly closing in the morning, but nothing that my background noise app couldn’t handle.
