  Confirmation 21834559 1. When we checked in, our room didn’t have towels. 2. The next day our room was not cleaned. We had to get our own towels. 3. Reported this problem to the front desk. Received No compensation, only the excuse that the rooms that are checking out get high priority. 4. It appears that this hotel is not properly managed, no one should expect a clean, well supplied, fresh linen room. —- I am a US Marine Veteran, and I can do a better job. I expect compensation for this ridiculous stay. I will also be posting my comments to Yelp, Google, Trust Pilot, PissedOff Consumer, etc.

  This is the best hotel we've ever stayed at by far. The front desk, April, was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying here.

  Had a little hiccup at the beginning of our stay however Catori the manager working at the time was SO kind and helpful with getting us comfortable for our stay as well as recommending a trip to the zoo (it was a family trip). Not only did we have a comfortable stay at the hotel we also decided to check out the glow night at the zoo and had such a memorable time. I truly cant express how much her kindness made the weekend for us. I would come back just to thank her! My husband and son also enjoyed the breakfast stating that it was one of the best breakfasts they've had from a hotel. My son enjoyed the pool and the cool seats in it. Thanks for the good trip!

  Front desk staff, Harrison, was helpful. If staying on the first floor, the door to get to the stairs closes loudly. Made for a bit of a loud night. Otherwise everything was great, very comfortable bed, very clean. Breakfast was great.
