  After a long day out in the heat, @ 5:17 pm Monday July 6 2026, I was locked out ! I was upset my hotel door key would not work on my second day ,when i paid in advance for two days ! I said to the young lady Manager, in a white dress, that in was going to the pool to chill-out. She reset my key. While i was at the pool. That's when she went into my room and stole 3 items from my... "Dirty laundry Bag" .... to get her Revenge ! "Her mindset"... was So-What, you got locked out, no big deal, ........happens All The Time. You don't blame me. .....It's Not my fault. What a sicko woman to steal from a hotel guest ! Do you think I am the only one. ?

  DO NOT STAY HERE — SEVERE AIR QUALITY AND HEALTH HAZARD I stayed at this property recently and ended up in urgent care the next morning due to visible dark mold contamination inside the in-room air conditioning unit. The filter was completely choked with thick, black grime, and the entire inner casing was covered in spotty dark mold accumulation. We settled into our room late and it started getting warm after my family was asleep, so I turned the air on. The unit kicked out absolutely putrid, damp smelling air that caused me to start coughing and left me with chest pain within seconds. Because the air was entirely toxic and uninhabitable, I had to wake up and evacuate my sleeping family in the middle of the night. The front desk relocated us down the hall to a replacement room. The extreme physical and emotional stress of this sudden midnight disruption caused severe sleep and physical distress for my family. Even though we changed rooms, the next morning I woke up very hoarse with a raw, sore throat and lingering chest pain. To make matters worse, the property elevator was broken, forcing me to carry our heavy luggage down the stairs while physically compromised, leaving me in severe respiratory discomfort. I had to sit out in the hotel parking lot for 30 minutes in the fresh air just to become physically stable enough to drive to an urgent care clinic where the doctor confirmed I was having a reaction to environmental contaminants. This whole debacle completely derailed my travel plans by several hours. The local management completely failed their duty. They promised they would work with corporate to secure a discount and email me case details, but they completely ghosted me. I escalated the issue directly to corporate care, opening an official case file and demanding a full refund because my stay ended up sending me to urgent care. Corporate promised a follow-up, but heard nothing back. I checked my statement over a week later to find the property had silently issued a partial credit of less than 1/4th of what I paid for my room - pocket change that fell far short of covering the medication I had to buy. I have filed a formal dispute with my credit card issuer for unsafe and uninhabitable conditions to recover the remaining balance. If you are traveling with family or have respiratory sensitivities, avoid this property at all costs. They do not honor the IHG Clean Promise.

  Hotel is understaffed, rooms have broken fixtures and stained bath tubs. Elevator and water fountains are out of order. Found hairs in the shower and toilet had been used between cleaning and my arrival. I do not recommend staying here until they get operations together.
