In general, we didn’t have abad stay. We enjoyed the comfortable beds, the hotel and our rooms were clean. They have dove products in the bathrooms, and its location is great! However, we booked this hotel because of the breakfast and pool. The pool was closed the entire time “for cleaning”, so that was a bummer as it was our way of having a relaxing afternoon with the kids. The smoking area is directly in front of the entrance, and it was a quite popular area. It was not fun trying to dive through cigarette & black and mild fumes with two littles. While reviews on here say the breakfast is great, this was not our experience. The omelets were practically burnt and inedible. The pancake machine didn’t work and the sausage was hard. We decided to go to the nearby waffle house the second morning. I will say they have good coffee and chobani yogurt, which we took an extra for our fridge in the room for a snack later. Lastly, the hotel is not very baby friendly - they do not have any pack n plays or cribs for the rooms. So unless you have your own, book elsewhere.

General manager needs some training to say the least. Very disappointing for IHG to have that level of training and commitment to Customer Service.

Good walkable vacation. Showing its age, but clean & comfortable.

Unfriendly employees, room was partially cleaned, toilet water run all nite, no shampoo, soap in shower Told employees but they did nothing. Maids laughing loudly and yelling at each other in morning when they were cleaning. We ended up sick with upper respiratory infection. Boo hiss...... shame on holiday inn
