  We were notified at the time of check in that both the pool wad closed and the breakfast was limited to grab and go. They had three months to let us know via email that they were undergoing renovations at which point we probably would have made other accommodations

  I stayed at this hotel for three weeks, and it was a wonderful experience. It is a nice, clean, and cozy place with a great breakfast. All the staff are extremely friendly, and a special thanks to the housekeeping team for their excellent maintenance.

  Well the key card at the door didn't work had to scan it 10 different times my card never worked the coffee maker didn't work they say the hotel's going under some renovations soon but I don't think they're soon enough it probably should have been done 10 years ago had to move rooms because it's so loud when someone's walking above you so now we're at the 3rd floor if you get a room here ask for the 3rd floor so no one will be above you and ask to be towards the parking lot because the road noise on the other side is pretty insane About midnight or 1 o'clock it finally calms down but otherwise you'll be dealing with everyone with no muffler trying to cruise back and forth in a very boring town of Muncie

  Employees are very accommodating. Front desk charged us 2 different rates for a 2 night stay. When we complained said it what was what the market price was. That should be explained when we checked on. It is not a luxury hotel. Employees are really trying to go above customer service.Ftont desk won't change their charges.wont be staying again

  Make sure you ask for an itemized bill and get one before you leave. The gentleman was nice when we checked in, but the lady who checked us out charged us after the fact for a pet fee when told our bill was settled. You sign your pet in when you get there and pay, so why getting charged after asking for a copy of the receipt - not getting one (bc there was nothing on their end) and 2.5 hours later being charged because “she didn’t realize we were the room with the dog.” Be more organized. I would pay the $50 more and stay elsewhere. Pool is broken and no hot breakfast. The website is not updated. Going through renovations, but still. Come on.
