  Hotel and room very nice, clean, quiet and affordable. Conveniently located to shopping,, highway, university, and restaurants. The staff was great, friendly, courteous, and helpful. They asked several times if anything was needed. The breakfast is a quick pick-up, with a nice variety. Perfect stay for a quick weekend stay

  My stay was okay for the fact I had to stay there while my bathroom was getting worked on. I left a day early! Even through I prepaid through the app on the 5th they charged my card twice after I checked out first time for the amount of 151 and some change they void the charge but on the 7th I work up to a charge of 275 and some change! I called front desk to see about changes and the front desk was rude and unknowledgeable about my situation and proceeded to tell me to wait for the GM to see what was going on!….I found that to be unprofessional, very rude and disrespectful to charge my card three times and no help from the company even when I was physically there and I had called to see about this

  We recently stayed at Muncie Place Hotel & Suites and had a very pleasant experience overall. The property is currently undergoing renovations, but management has done an excellent job communicating the ongoing work. Notices are clearly posted throughout the common areas, and alternative arrangements for coffee and breakfast are well explained. The renovations did not create any significant inconvenience during our stay. The staff were one of the highlights of our visit. Everyone we encountered was warm, welcoming, and professional. Check-in was smooth, and staff members provided clear information about the property, renovations, and breakfast service. Our renovated king room was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. There was plenty of storage and seating, including a sofa bed, ottoman, side chair, desk, dresser, and a large television. The room also featured a mini refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, iron and ironing board, hanging area, and an individual HVAC unit with its own thermostat. Upon entering, the room was surprisingly cold, but we were able to easily adjust the thermostat and quickly bring it to a comfortable temperature. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the bed and linens were especially comfortable. After a long day, it was a great place to relax and unwind. Overall, despite the ongoing renovations, Muncie Place Hotel & Suites provided a comfortable stay with excellent customer service, updated accommodations, and a welcoming atmosphere. We would happily stay here again.

  Came to town for B.S.U. orientation with our daughter. Its been a great stay. All of the staff and front desk staff have been absolutely wonderful! Anything we needed was met with no hesitation and with a smile and actually engaged and spoke with guests about their visit. Very warm and welcoming. Need more of it in this world. Our room was nice, a bit of wear n tear on some pieces, but the room was super clean top to bottom, bed and pull out couch were great, all linens were very clean and free from stains. Bathroom was extremely clean as well, great towels and not a hair or anything icky in sight 😆They are currently doing remodeling in areas and on the pool which is closed and none of that effected our stay at all. With those going on, breakfast is just a tad limited to more of a grab n go and simple items, muffins, cereal, hot cinnamon rolls, yogurts, plenty of beverages and coffee, so still plenty to choose from. If you need a hot breakfast there are tons of options literally within walking distance. Husband and I will absolutely be making this our spot when we come for visits and games, price is fantastic and again, the staff is superb. Thanks for a great stay guys! See ya again very soon!!
