  I stayed at this hotel for several weeks while away from home for work. The location is great with a low amount of vehicle traffic in and out. The rooms were always clean and the service from every member of the hotel staff was great. Dabina at the front desk was a particular standout. She was always very helpful and greets everybody with a smile. I would definitely stay at this location again.

  This is a new hotel and there were multiple problems in the 4 hotel rooms we booked. None of the vent fans in the bathroom worked, the AC unit was held up by plywood, the walls weren't painted right, flooring in the bathroom tile wasnt complete. The check in lady was horrible. She had a number of interactions with us and when we were getting the last room she asked for our ID even though she had seen it multiple times and didnt even look at it for more than 2 seconds and we had to go back to the room to get our ID. The shower didnt have very good water pressure. We had one guest leave a couple items behind and we were told that the items weren't there even though when we checked out the lady said the items had been in her office the whole time they just weren't marked with a room number or anything. We asked for more rags they said they didnt have any but would bring some by that never happened we had to go to front desk and then that person had me follow him to multiple floors to find some. We asked for extra pillows they said there were none. We never knew exactly how much we were beign charges it kept changing and on our bank statement it kept changing. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

  Honestly, I just arrived to this new hotel, got into my room, and felt that I should post just how wonderful the check-in and room experience has been already. Dabina, the front reception staff was above and beyond the typical in friendliness, helpfulness, and made the drab check-in process something enjoyable. I am actually looking forward to the additional days of my stay at this Holiday Inn & Suites in Muncie, IN.

  Lesia and the whole Holiday Inn team were wonderful to deal with. Our car broke down in the area and we stayed here while we waited for it to get fixed. They gave us late checkout options and accommodated our other requests in a challenging moment. They also gave us excellent food recommendations in the area! Staff and amenities were great!! Would recommend anyone to stay here!

  Had a great stay at Holiday Inn Muncie! The hotel is very clean, well-maintained, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The pool was clean, and it was nice to have a 24-hour gym and laundry facility available. There is also plenty of parking, and the views from the rooms are beautiful. A special thanks to Debina at the front desk. She was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. She made the checkin process easy and explained all the hotel facilities clearly. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
