  Services top-notch for this caliber Hotel, rooms are nice clean location is convenient for Muncie, if you have to stay in Muncie check this place out

  We had some trouble with our AC and TV but the staff was fast, responsive, and polite. The entire hotel was clean as a whistle, and the breakfast made things so much easier! The manager, Lace, was AMAZING!! We would definitely stay here again!

  Leisa is always amazing and very sweet checking out!!! Today is scary incident happened. The elevator shut really quickly and my two year-old was still in it and it had already began to go to another floor so I hopped in the elevator frantically and went to each floor looking for thankfully she went to the floor that we were on walk straight up to the housekeeper sorry housekeeper manager Kanika which she recognized because she’s always talking to her. I came downstairs and there she was standing with her. I am so grateful for her today.!!’ Her and Leisa are such a delight we stay just about every weekend!

  The hotel looks brand new and our room is spotless (shout-out to housekeeping). The location is also great. So we stayed in this hotel for my nephews highschool graduation at Delta high school. The check in process was pretty smooth. Kishan who checked us in did a good job. Now the negative review comes upon our encounter with the 3rd shift lady. It was like past 11pm almost 12am when we arrived back to the hotel after the graduation. When I checked my IHg app, I noticed the $5 dollar self parking fee. This was not mentioned upon check so I wanted to clarify to the front desk. We where standing waiting for probably almost 10min waiting for an agent to be at the desk. My husband finally decided to peek at the office and and see if someone was there to help us since it's very late and we are both tired. The lady working 3rd shift showed up behind me so mad as she saw my husband peeking into the office. She was so mad that her language was very not professional all throughout our interaction. We apologized and explained to her the situation. It seems like she was trying to escalate the situation while we trying to be very gentle with our talking to calm her down. My husband asked about the $5 parking fee. She responded "we don't do that!" furiously. She is very rude that she even looked at me and asked "WHAT DO YOU WANT??". Her tone was very aggressive and hostile. I've stayed in so many IHg hotels and never ever had an interaction like that. I know this review is so long but I am very disappointed with the customer service we had that night. I would like to suggest putting a sign at the desk if an agent is not present or helping another guest. I understand it's probably just her working that night like most hotels do for 3rd shift and that agents have to multitask. This is not an excuse though of how unprofessional she treated and talked to guests IHg member or not.

  Hotel hosted our family for a wedding - Lesia got us set up with rooms and helped us out so much. She put out cookies and a welcome sign to greet our guests - she was amazing! The hotel was clean and the lobby was a great place for family and friends to hang out.
