- VWvikky warner3 days ago1.0We have never stayed at a regular Holiday Inn. We're usually Holiday Inn Express customers. Our initial dealings at this hotel are not favorable. As you walked into the lobby, there was a restaurant off to the right, playing music so loud that we could not hear the desk clerk trying to check us in! Now, after a long day of travel, did not care to hear that crap! Then we get to our room, after unpacking, turned on the television and it had no local TV channels or anyway that we could find to locate them! I called the front desk and Morgan said she didn't know how to work the TV, but she offered to come to my room to see what she could do. Apparently, there are a few rooms with this particular TV in them. They only work if you have your own apps. She offered to move us to another room where the normal TVs were. Since we had already unpacked and were tired from day of travel, we declined. We then noticed that our room had no regular coffee pods for the Keurig. We went to the same Morgan to ask for some, she said, we are out. I'm not feeling like a valued IGH member. Will not book here again.

Kareoke in the dining area was unnecessarily ear splitting. The store area is mostly sold out and nothing has been replaced in 3 days. The basics are fine. I would come back.

Thought to just push through but thin walls kept us up and housekeeping disregarded our sign and walked straight into our room while sleeping. Shower was inoperable due to the tub spout not working and couldn't take bath because tub drain didn't work either. Awful time.
