  My stay was amazing. The staff is great, Lisa Nancy Dee Dee Mozell made me feel right at home. I am going to be recommending this hotel to everyone!

  We stayed here for months and everything has been amazing. We hate to be leaving. Lisa, Nancy, Dee Dee, Isaiah, and Sabrinna made sure we were well taken care of. Whenever we are back in town for a project, we will be staying here!!!

  Warning: personal belongings are going missing from the room!!! I left my workout straps on the shelf next to the TV. Next to the TV, not on the floor by the bin!!! And the straps went missing after the room was cleaned. Several conversations with the manager have yielded no results. No compensation or solution has been offered. Complete disregard. Nobody even bothered to look for them. But the problem is also that these straps were a gift from someone very dear to me and cannot be replaced. A cleaner, who is unable to distinguish between a rubbish bin and guests’ personal belongings, and who has absolutely no competence, decided they were rubbish and threw them away. Before you check into this hotel, be aware that your belongings may be stolen or thrown away! And choose another hotel where they don’t throw your things away) I chose this hotel because the room description mentioned a fridge and a two-ring hob, which allows you to cook and store food. Also, because there were three washing machines. During the four weeks I spent at this hotel, one of the hotplates on the hob didn’t work at all. Because of this, cooking took twice as long. There was no response from the management. The hob was neither repaired nor replaced. The fridge didn’t work for three out of the four weeks. It was only replaced in the fourth week. For the first three weeks, I had to store my food by wrapping it in ice. For two weeks, two of the three washing machines weren’t working and it was impossible to do any laundry! Think very carefully before staying at this hotel! And choose another hotel!

  The hotel is under construction so the lobby was not accessible and neither were the rooms that provided happy hour and breakfast. After seeing these areas were closed, we purchased food to cook for breakfast. We found out the stove wasn't working and called for assistance. The maintenance man came up and said the stove is working. I called back (because it wasn't) and asked can he come and see the pan isn't getting hot. He never came back. We waited all morning for assistance and didn't get it. We called for a late checkout and was not accommodated eventhough we spent our morning dealing with the stove and waiting. So not only did we waste money on breakfast food but our time in the morning was wasted as well. We loved the room. It was spacious and clean but the amenities did not work and we were not accommodated. *I have videos to show it never got hot but couldn't upload them*
