  I don’t understand the bad reviews listed here. Someone obviously made things up about a missing shower curtain because this place has shower doors that are glass. There aren’t any shower curtains at all. The staff was wonderful and the rooms were clean. Quiet hotel. Everyone keeping to themselves. Parking lot is pretty big. No issues whatsoever. And nobody is canceling anyone’s reservations. That complaint listed in the reviews also sounds bogus. Thanks.

  We ended up at this hotel for a youth baseball tournament with hotel block which can always bring its challenges. The recent derecho occurred during our stay and kept us without power for 14 hours. I appreciated the continued hospitality of front desk staff such as Cailya (always with a smile), Rebecca (DIY lantern genius) and Hope (who was so helpful during our breakfasts). The cleaning staff was also kind and courteous! Thanks to all for adding comfort during a long and stressful week especially as you were all navigating this natural emergency outside of work as well.

  The whole experience was ruined when the manager called my wife a liar. We got here and my wife was trying to book a king room online and ended up having issues doing so. The young lady at the desk said they had a king room. My wife said she would take it. I guess between her saying she would take it and the time the clerk started to ring it up it sold out. We were not told that. We only found out we got a queen room after we opened the door and saw the 2 queen beds My wife called the front desk to verify the room and the young lady then told her it sold before we got it. Which my wife said I wish you would have told me that because I could have booked the room online then for about half the cost. She said the manager was in and to come down and they may be able to work something out. My wife left and went down to the front desk. She then came back very angry. She told me that the manager called her a liar and that she could not book those rooms for that price. That Expedia will add on more fees and taxes and you would pay the same rate as we were charged. There is no reason to have paid almost 300 dollars for a 1 night stay in a queen room. Now when we go to look at booking the room their hotel does not show up for our dates now. Hmmm go figure. Just beware of the nasty attitude from the management
