- BJBig JSep 3, 20261.0So I booked here for work and figured it would be good stay, for the most part it was great, but when I had to extend my stay for Thursday into Friday the lady at the front desk during the evening time about 6pm stated Im not allowed to extend your stay, but I can. Then after a long day at work and a lot of issues with work, worked 12 hours, I came back to the hotel and had to extend my stay from Friday into Saturday, and the same person I asked to extend my stay she was like NO, we are over booked and we are two rooms short, though Im an Diamond Elite Customer, she was like my manager would not be happy with me if I extended your stay, so I guess you have to find something else, even though Im here and paid upfront horrible customer service. I rather stay at Super 8 than here and have better service. IHG is really sucking with their customer service and how they treat loyal members.

- IWIsabel WischmeyerAug 8, 20261.0Even a 1/5 is too high of a review. My room was disgusting, dirty, and full of hairs. They do not vacuum their carpet. Smells horrible. Everything in my room was leaking - the dishwasher, bathroom sink, the fridge. Weird stains on the artwork, hairs in their "clean" towels, and lots of fun other surprises. Not only is this hotel dirty but the customizer service was also horrible.

She had left the lobby to assist somebody else in another part of the building. Without leaving a note or anything. After driving 22 hours straight from Florida I was left waiting in a lobby for 25 minutes.! Even though I had a reservation. After finally checking in and getting in the room it smelled like an old Mexican taco place. There was onion paper in the cabinets! And the refrigerator had old food stuck to all of the drawers and all of the shelves. The dishwasher contained dirty dishes! There were little bits of trash just about everywhere on every surface and stains on the living room carpet floor! I'll leave two stars because the bed was comfortable and clean. Happy I was only staying here for one night!
