  The room was really nice and really clean. The staff was okay. Not rude but also not exactly above and beyond in service. The rest of the hotel is pretty mid, nothing to write home about, but like I said the room was really nice. It's also cool they have a pool and a fitness room, even though both are quite underwhelming. The weight room has dumbbells up to 50 and a bench, which is basically all you need, but good luck if there's more than one person in there at a time. The front automatic door also makes a loud noise every time it closes.

  Upon reading some of the recent (negative) reviews, it was hard to believe we were staying at the same motel. Our experience was overwhelmingly positive. The room was immaculate, the bed was very comfortable, room temperature was "just right" and we slept great. The desk staff were cheerful and helpful. The pool is small, but appeared to be very clean. As for breakfast, it was the best we've had at any hotel, anywhere! Biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, loads of bacon and sausage, fresh warm cinnamon rolls, an assortment of bagels, refrigerated cream cheese and yogurt, milk, various fresh fruit juices, cereal and granola, fresh fruit (bananas, oranges, apples), and a pancake machine! They also have automated coffee machines that grind your cup of regular or decaf coffee fresh from whole beans, available 24/7. The only negative? The elevator is still out of order. I still give it an enthusiastic 5 stars!

  We checked in on the app as we knew we would ne getting there very late. Got to our room and one bed had a whole leg missing. Went to call the front desk and the phone didnt even work. Had to look up the number on my cell to call the front and reported. This morning at breakfast i don't know how you did it bit you found a way to absolutely burn and over cook everything on the breakfesr bar. As a platinum member I expect more and was very disappointed.

  Worst experience ever in a hotel. IHG Was less than helpful. Elevator down. According to other reviews, this has been going on for over a month. Air conditioning leaving carpet soaked. Switched rooms because smelled like pet urine. Next room the same. No compensation for ruining our wedding night.
