This Holiday Inn was the worst I have ever stayed at. Bugs in the entire hotel, rooms smelled like urine. Nothing worked including the elevator. The staff was zero help with anything, couldn't find reservations. I travel regularly throughout the U.S. and have never stayed at a place this bad. I would especially mention the desk worker with the different colors in her hair and worked during the evening. She was actually swearing at customers, unbelievable. Holiday Inn Corporate should step in and rethink who they let represent them.

Bad ,bad ,bad the desk worker made it no secret that she does not like police or our convention . Also she doesn't likeFox news lol she came out to the lobby and changed our channel while we were watching the news. P.S.the bed bugs are just icing on the cake.

What is the deal with the Holiday Express in Martinsville, Indiana. I had a confirmed suite on the first floor because of the convention in town and my equipment. They tried to downgrade me to a smaller room and upstairs. I finally got my confirmed room. Their elevator has not worked in 4 months according to other convention attendees.

My experience here was awful. The first room we had upon during on the ac unit it smelled of electrical fire. The second has not been cleaned - dirty toilet and sheets and has bugs in the tub. They were unwilling to give any refund so we could switch hotels. Icing on the cake elevators didn’t work. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
