  I had a great nights sleep, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The room was very clean and spacious. I used the pool, which was very clear and did not have a strong smell, there were some clumps of hair on the floor in the pool room which was a little off putting, but otherwise was good. The right pedal of the bike in the exercise room sounds like it needs to be oiled or replaced. The bathroom only had one small hook for towels, I think it could benefit from another hook + a place to hang a hand towel. I know it’s under renovation, so that may be coming. The breakfast was good: cereal, yogurt, eggs, toast, oatmeal, milk, waffles, juice, coffee, and tea.

  All was good except we had reserved a suite and got here and it not available. A bit disappointing.

  The lady at the counter was wonderful! Already aware of a mistake with an email stating we have already been charged. Very helpful, already knew everything I was going to ask!

  The bed in our room broke after it was improperly repaired by someone. People usually stay in hotels for a bed and shower ergo half of our room was useless. We requested one nights refund out of the two we stayed and it was denied. Not sure how you can charge for a room with a broken bed. Not only that we paid for 3 rooms x 2 nights each so 6 nights. We brought you almost $700 worth of Business and you declined to make it right. We've spent around 20 or so nights at Best Western within the last year and weve never had this issue. Shame on you.
