  We have stayed here many times and each time we enjoyed the motel. Kayla, the GM is amazing and Hazel is a great staff member. Other staff are always cleaning so we know it is clean. We usually stay a week or two. I think updates are coming and we will always stay here. We are from Florida……

  The rooms are dated, but clean and comfortable. The pool is fabulous! The water is the perfect temperature. Location is very convenient with easy access to main roads.

  Stayed there for 2 nights and used points ONLY. Didn't really have issues while there. When got back, they charged me over $100 with no explanation. I requested an itemized bill 3 times to no avail. Called and the front desk rep answered right away and when I explained issue she told me to hold for 1 second. 2 hours later and I was still sitting on hold and finally decided to hang up. Emailed with no response. Have called multiple times with no answer. Have now gone to corporate and haven't heard anything. The lack of responsibility and ownership is beyond me. Be careful, they may rip you off too.

  Good luck trying to cancel (2 1/2 months prior) your reservation. Soooo many different numbers but reservation line can't & will not help you although "they're here to help".
