- CCCiara CaseyAug 2, 20265.0I want to first apologize for my late review! I had a meeting that was run late and decided to stay in logansport to not have to drive 2hrs back home. I must say, it was one of the nicest, cleanest, and most comfortable stay I had for a long time. Now, silly me leaves a shirt in their closet (I really try to check everything before leaving), of course I leave it 😩 this may sound cheesy but it’s my favorite shirt and I was able to call the receptionist and she said she would send it back for me 🥹! They were able to send it to me right away! Thank you so much for that and a wonderful stay! I will be back again whenever I’m in the area!

- JHJeromy HansenJul 13, 20261.0This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. As soon as we walked into the room, it smelled like a gym locker room. The bathroom sink was completely clogged and filled with standing water, making it unusable. We reported it and asked someone to fix it, but no one ever came. We stayed for two nights and had to brush our teeth and wash our hands in the bathtub the entire stay because the sink never drained and was never fixed. To make matters worse, the microwave didn’t work either. It’s very disappointing to pay for a hotel room and have multiple maintenance issues that are never addressed. I’m not even sure why they gave us this room knowing it had maintenance issues. They never offered us another room. I have to stay in town a couple more days but I will not stay here another night and I will never stay here again or recommend this location. The front desk offered me a bag of chips or a soda front their concession area to make things right and yes, I declined. I wasn’t looking for a handout. I just wanted the problem to be solved.I normally stay in Holliday inn express and never have issues. This one was the worst. I completely understand there are issues that arise but I told the front desk on the very first day I had a sink drain issue and it was never addressed then I Was offered something from the concession for an inconvenience and they said that’s all they could do. I guess when you spend a lot of money for a place to stay you would hope they would make accommodations.
