    I had to rate the service low in this case because we were told if we brought in a work order from our school corporation that we would qualify for the government rate. I believed this to be true since we have done the same with other hotels with no problems. They gave us a rate, then charged us $40 more upon check-in. Manger wasn't available of course, doesn't return calls, AGM was there at check-out but wouldn't make an adjustment. End of story is that they reneged on their commitment to the price they told us for the government rate. Other hotel staff was polite, no issues with the room, breakfast is not great, but ok - biscuits that came out looking nice and golden brown were still partially frozen, but hey, you get what you pay for sometimes. We have stayed her a couple times before, but won't any longer. There are some really nice hotels right next door that I'll be staying at next time.

    My husband and I stopped here along with out 2 dogs after a long day traveling. The 2 queen beds room we had was very spacious and had all the nice ammeties like a keurig and mini fridge. I was also glad to see and use the name brand hygiene items they had available for us to use so I didn't have to dig through my luggage and have to unpack for a quick overnight stay. I was so pleased with the nice young lady at the front desk by the name of Erin. She was so friendly and polite and always had a smile on her face. She was very accommodating in giving us a 1st floor room and by an exit to take our dogs in and out. She was very knowledgeable with the local restaurants in the area for dinner and a real pleasure to talk to. They have a sweet shop the was pretty handy for snacks or any items that one may have forgot to pack. Their breakfast was delicious and had many items to choose from. Will definitely stay here again on our next vacation through this area and would highly recommend to family and friends.
