    Wonderful stay! Great halfway stop between Wisco and Nashville. Nice breakfast (yummy freshly gound coffee, omelettes, sausage, potatoes, biscuits & gravy, muffins/bagels/cinnamon rolls). Clean rooms and lobby. The pool room was great too! Will stay here again for our next Nash trip ❤️

    Terrible experience checking in with Amanda S. She was very rude and unhelpful. Not a single smile or kind word the entire process. We stay at different Holiday Inn Express all over the country for work and this was by far the worst one I’ve ever stayed at. Will probably check into switching to a different hotel chain.

    Stayed here for a week with my husband who was on a work trip but being it was also our 20 th anniversary we decided I would tag along. This hotel offers the coolest pancake machine , delicious options for breakfast . There is a picnic table to go relax, sit under a tree . I am a realtor do having a desk area im the room was beneficial to keep my work up to date . The hotel is clean , inviting and staff was nothing but kind including allowing me 30 extra minutes for checkout so I wasn't stuck waiting in the hallway or lobby until my husband got off work. Thank you for an incredible experience

    Disappointing. Booked the room for Thursday thru Monday. When we flew in we decided to go see nearby family for one night. I called the hotel and filled out and returned a credit card authorization to not only hold the room and reservation but to even pay for the night we weren't going to be there (Thursday). Received confirmation from staff that they had and processed the authorization. We got to the hotel on Friday at noon to get our keys and go to our room. It wasn't ready because it was being cleaned since they rented it to someone last night because they figured we wouldn't be there. Had to wait an hour. The front desk clerk was kind and helpful and I asked her to have her manager call me because I thought some compensation was fair for making us wait for a room we had already paid for. I'm paying $220 (avg) per night and the manager said they could discount the room $25. The manager wouldn't even call me directly -- had the front desk clerk do it. Pathetic. You don't need to stay here.
