- WWWyland WharffAug 9, 20265.0Y’all this hotel is fire. Me and my coworker are staying here for about 3 weeks for a work trip, and they have been so accommodating. I lose my key like every other day forgetting it when I leave for work and such, and they have been so kind to us every time we go up and get new ones. The hotel staff is awesome. The room is so nice and the breakfast is delish. Would definitely stay here again. Shoutout to the nice lady that helped me and my coworker with a situation regarding a creepy dude, she got him away from us quickly and made sure we felt comfortable and safe staying here. 10/10 recommendation this hotel.
- TMTyler MckinneyJul 26, 20261.0two rooms two nights $1200. my 11 year-old daughter gets in bed where a beetle had crawled in between her toes and bit her for her to freak out and fling the sheets we saw multiple bugs come off the sheets. I killed one of them, took it downstairs to the guy And there were no more rooms left. This was 1130 at night. Now it’s the next day still no new room. No one has talked to me again we spent $1200 for two nights here. I would never come back and I am in person who loves Holiday Inn express!

Walking into the hotel it smelled terrible. We had to get some airfreshner to make the room smell better. Room wall paper need to be replaced. Toilet needs to be reglazed or replaced. Tub was dirty. Floor was dirty. Curtain inside bedroom was stained. We saw a bug that looked like a roach but I can't say for sure if it was or not as it crawled behind the mirror. This was just before we left. Floors need to be deep cleaned or replaced. Looks like mold on the floors. Hallway on the lobby floor stayed dirty the whole time. The only redeeming thing was the breakfast and that's it. If we had more time we definitely would have moved to a different hotel. Please take this as a chance to do a better job IHG. In the end embarrassing is all I have to say. Won't stay here again.

The electronic device on the door did not even work, so that my cards were useless. Your breakfast is awful and cheap. Your hotel is designed in the 1980s. Everything is old and dated. And the price you charge is exorbitant. I will leave you a one star review on Google and hope that I can prevent hundreds of people from coming to your hotel over the next year and beyond. You are disgusting awful people
