- ARAdam RobertsSep 7, 20261.0Disaster of a hotel. Arrived at 5:30pm, room wasn’t ready and beds weren’t even made. We had to go get the cleaners to ask them to make the beds. One bed was broken, they replaced the frame but left the busted boxspring. Fridge made annoying noises, wasn’t cold, and it has mould in it. Floor was dirty around the bed and the couch. Bathroom floor was super dirty and the toilet had a dirty ring inside of it. And of course the elevator was out of service and the hallway walls are grimey. Avoid like the plague.

Also I asked if I could be moved to the bottom floor as I had knee surgery just a few months earlier and am a disabled vet and was told they could move me for just the first night but then I would have to move after that because the room was booked which made no sense. I was also told I would get the military rate but then after checkout was told I couldn’t have that rate because I didn’t have a standard room but reserved a king instead. When I talked to the manager they wouldn't honor what I was told, also room was over $200 per night and is run down and dated. Pool was cold and crappy in need of updating and repairs. Breakfast didn’t start to 630 on weekday and 7:00 on weekend’s after everyone is already out for work and travel. They are extremely unhelpful and overpriced, I will not be staying here again!
