  Disappointed that they only had 1 pack and play in the hotel and it was already in use. The decor is very dated and the ac unit was very loud. It was nice that the bathroom had a tub for the kids; it's hard to come by and my littles don't like the shower.

  The curtains in our first room were covered with black mold. They did put us in another room so that was nice. Management needs to pay more attention to the poor job that housekeeping is doing.

  Yikes. My partner decided to book us a room here for the weekend cause he was concerned about my asthma as I live near Wisconsin and the wildfires are causing a lot of smog lately. The hotel looks nice, even as you walk in so I was super hopeful. Well we got to the room(113) and first thing I notice is the curtains are ripped? Fine, whatever I guess. It's not the end of the world. Also they have this list of channels but it's out of date and nothing matches. Still not the end of the world. But as we stayed the 3 days, I noticed so much more. Walking around the room turned our feet and socks black. There were stains on... Everything basically. A dead bug in the lamp shade. Possibly mold behind the beds? I didn't investigate more cause I got to the point that the less I knew the better. But at some point there was a leak in the room above us and there's a stain on the ceiling from that. Honestly, may have happened while we were there cause I didn't notice it the first day. I took a shower and the "clean" towel I grabbed had a loooong black hair in it. The tub wasn't very clean. My partner took the kids to the pool and they came back smelling like mildew, barely any chlorine. He also had to keep getting new room keys cause they just wouldn't work? Maybe it's just one of the bad rooms they have, maybe the others are nicer. I don't know. But you couldn't pay me to stay here again. Plus side is, I did get out of the smog for a bit. I did take pics of the curtains and the ceiling but I don't see an option to post those.

  Upon arrival, the staff was very friendly. The hotel smelled good and all seemed well at first. It did throw me off about the random $40 I had to pay, but it was refundable so it wasn’t a huge deal. Next, I got to my room and it was so humid and uncomfortable in there. I turned on the AC and the noise from that AC was horrendous to sleep with for 4 nights. The showers have almost no hot water so I could only take cold showers. The shower head was also barely taller than me, and I’m only 5’5”. The shower head was also rusty and gross The room also had smelled like smoke… and I was on a non-smoking floor. The parking lot is also small, so being a woman surrounded by men at a hotel by herself - I had to park in the back which made me feel unsafe most of the time. The only good thing about this place was the service at the front desk. Otherwise, I was seriously disappointed and don’t understand how it has such high ratings on certain travel websites.
