- TSTrey Seward5 days ago3.0Arrived on Wednesday and got checked in early, room was ok, definitely could use some updating. Went to take a shower that night and the water would not come out of the shower head and when it finally did it was such low pressure. Told the front desk so they upgraded us to a "suite" which was nice but had to move everything at 9:30pm. The beds and pillows are not comfortable at all, had a back and neck ache everyday after using them. The bathroom is so small the door hits the shower area when you open it, the bathroom ceiling also had a stain on it. Only had the breakfast there once because it was pretty disgusting, made a waffle Thursday morning, put the syrup on the waffle and it tasted nasty, so didn't even bother trying to get breakfast the next 2 mornings, went out for breakfast those days. The staff was nice but an overall underwhelming stay for our honeymoon, not what you would expect out of a Best Western.

There seemed to be quite a few non-guests hanging around outside at night. No problems occurred, but the vibe wasn't favorable.
