  The location was good for what we needed and the room was sufficient. The issue we had is that we called within hours of leaving when we realized we forgot a pillow. They told us they would check with housekeeping and get back to us. No return call. We called again the next day but they claim nothing had been found. I called one more time and they said there's nothing on their lost and found log. Unless they didnt clean the room, there's no way it wasnt found, it had a different colored pillow case on and is very different than a hotel pillow.

  There is no better place to stay then here. Super clean and fully updated. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great (coffee is freshly ground with each cup). Then the location is superb! You are close to several great restaurants.

  I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Jeffersonville and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The air conditioning and fan in our room did not work at all, which made the room extremely uncomfortable. When we reported the issue, no one came to fix it, and instead we were given an industrial fan. While I appreciate that they tried to offer a solution, the fan was incredibly loud—so much so that it made it difficult to relax or sleep. It felt like a temporary fix rather than a real attempt to resolve the problem. Overall, the lack of urgency in addressing a basic comfort issue like air conditioning, especially in a hotel setting, was frustrating. I expected better service and responsiveness. I hope management takes steps to improve maintenance response times and guest accommodations in the future.

  We booked this hotel on our way back from Fl to Mi. We got in much later because of traffic and the whole staff was really nice. The rooms are nice and clean. We loved the commentary breakfest and the pool was nice for a hotel this size.
