  Have stayed here twice now - I like this hotel. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, nice rooms with coffee machines, great bathrooms and beds and lots of amenities nearby.

  We just stayed this past weekend at HBR, and it was very nice, would definitely recommend it, and stay again. It was a great, walkable location to everything in Broad Ripple, and a short drive to Holliday Park. The staff was very friendly, the room was truly more clean than any hotel I've stayed at, and the towels, robes, bed were all very nice and so comfortable.

  I came in with modest expectations when I visited last month for a weekend. The reality was so much better. This is the best a bed and breakfast and a fine hotel. Even though the price point is modest, this is no cheap motel. It is on the short list of destination locations for me now. The fact that it happens to be in one of the most fun neighborhoods in the country makes it that much better. The staff was terrific and friendly and very helpful in pointing out places in the neighborhood. Mornings on the deck facing the front yard were exquisite. And despite being in one of the most popular neighborhoods in the Midwest, it was quiet at night. And let me again say I was there on a weekend. It is a safe bet I will be back. This was one of the top 10 lodging experiences of my long life.
