  We had a loud AC unit, wasn't all bad but it was annoying. That's an easy fix by the staff. Its quick, easy for a night downtown!

  We had a wonderful time. The room was very nice and spacious. I was pleasantly surprised. And the pool is heated. We did have a voucher with our room so breakfast was free, however if that wasn't the case I don't believe it is a 9.50$ per person without it. The woman at the front desk Kendra was very personalable and professional. She took great care of us. Also Alex was a nice man as well. Very helpful with information. I would definitely recommend staying here if you need a good room and want something right across the street from Lucas Oil Stadiums from gates.

  Hotel website says they have a hot tub & their pictures show a hot tub, but they’ve filled in their hot tub with concrete & put a table & chairs on top of it. They should’ve updated their website & pics after filling in their hot tub with concrete. And the hot tub was the main reason we booked this hotel. Their breakfast was also the worst breakfast of any Holiday Inn I’ve ever stayed at. No pancake or waffle maker. No bacon, omelettes, scrambled eggs, juice, or chocolate milk. There are several other hotels nearby. I recommend not booking this hotel!

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kari at the Holiday Inn Downtown Indianapolis! From the moment I interacted with her, she was incredibly kind, professional, warm, and genuinely welcoming. Kari has that rare gift of making you feel like you’re not just another hotel guest. She makes you feel like you’re being welcomed by an old friend. She was attentive, helpful, and an absolute hoot to chat with! Her personality and sense of humor made every interaction with her a highlight of my stay. Great customer service is one thing, but Kari goes far beyond that. She creates the kind of experience that makes you want to return to a hotel simply because of how you were treated. You can tell she genuinely enjoys people, takes pride in what she does, and understands that a little warmth and kindness can completely change someone’s day. Holiday Inn is incredibly lucky to have Kari representing their hotel. Employees like her are the reason guests come back. Please make sure she gets the recognition she deserves because she is truly an asset to this property. Kari, thank you for the laughs, the kindness, and for making my time in Indianapolis that much better. You are an absolute gem! 💛⭐

  Great location. They dont tell you ahead of time that it's $25 to park. There is currently a line of 15 families waiting to see if they will get the room they reserved because the hotel double and triple booked. We asked for a 2 queen room and they pushed us into a king with a pull out couch. And the pull out had dirty stained linens. With all of the BS we have had to deal with here, the best compensation they could offer was a coupon for breakfast at the hotel.
