  Did a cross country road trip from NC to WA. Out of all the hotels we stayed at in this price range this was by far the most comfortable hotel. The beds were comfy. The rooms were nice. And the breakfast was acceptable for what it was. Highly recommend. Room was clean.

  Honestly, the rooms stunk like dog poop as soon as we walked in. It lingered the whole time we stayed. Windows were unlocked, the screen was ripped, and the air was not very cold. Doors didn't shut well in both bedrooms. Oh, and the right bedroom had so much light coming in from outside that it felt like daytime! The light in that bedroom never came on! As well as the beds!!! The left room felt like it was going to collapse! The right room squeeked every time you turned over or sat down. Very irritating for the price we paid for 2 days! The pool was awful kids jumping and running all around it. No control from their parents. It was like a whole party.. my daughter wanted to swim but not a chance I'll let her in there with the out of control kids.

  I used to put up my business guests at this hotel when it was a WynGate and host meetings in their conference room. It was always friendly and well maintained. Staying here years later for leisure it appears that the brand has changed but unfortunately so has the level of service. Front desk staff seems indifferent at check in and perhaps more importantly was completely unresponsive when a guest brought in a large dog which was barking and lunging at other guests and was then paraded around the breakfast area to disrupt people's breakfast. Not only potentially dangerous but also unsanitary. People slapping a service vest on a Rottweiler doesn't make it a service dog and staff should address the behavior (both dog and guest) not cower behind indifference. The rooms appear dated and only essentially maintained, with peeling paint, chipped porcelain, and wooden surfaces worn by decades of use. Everything works but it's certainly not appealing and not what an IHG member expects from an IHG property.

  This hotel is priced like a 9/10 out of 10, but the owners need to pay attention to details. Update worn out bathrooms for instance. They were clean and functional rating 7/10. Overall I would give the same rating across the board and did feel over charged ( once you add all the fees etc.). The location was convenient and quiet and the staff friendly and helpful.

  I HIGHLY recommend avoiding this place. We typically have good experiences with Holiday Inns, but this location is skin crawling. The sofa bed looks like it came from a crack house, with sheets full of hair shavings and dirt. The fitted sheet on the main bed had fresh coffee stains. The carpet looked and felt filthy. And my children found drug needle left in the open safe. We filed a police report and we had to take our children into urgent care nearby as a precaution in case they were at any risk of diseases. Management didn't seem too alarmed by any of it, and said they would "do an investigation" and insinuated that perhaps we planted it there?
