- MQmelissa quinones5 days ago1.0The customer service is very poor and the man working night shift was huffing and puffing about doing his job. I prefer to spend my money and time elsewhere it’s appreciated. I always say this if you don’t like your job then go work at another company, it’s simple if you’re unhappy with your job or work situation. Do something about it!! Just a little food for thought TREAT PEOPLE HOW YOU WANT TO BE TREATED.

Every single person we interacted with was not only tremendously nice, but actually took the time to interact with us about our stay in town and helped advise of things to do and where to go! From checking in with Alicia, coming back from our event and meeting Bailey to checking out with Cody, everyone was just so nice, helpful and GENUINE! The rooms are excellent, the Continental breakfast was really good with plenty of options and everything was so quick and easy! Definitely recommend this place to stay!

There could be a little bit better signage on where to go when approaching from the north, it's somewhat difficult to see the road you're supposed to take after the sun goes down.
