  Jenni over at the restaurant/bar has made this trip so much of a better experience for me and countless other guests. (And I’m not even much of a drinker) she’s so sweet and nice and really knows how to put a smile on your face.. highly recommend this place!

  I experienced several issues staying at this hotel. The hotel offered to send me points for another stay because of the multiple issues. Which they confirmed by text. However they 'forgot' and later added la than 10% of my total stay in points. Details of those issues are below. Everything can be verified in 3 text messages threads with the hotel management and the hotel customer service chat. List of issues: 1. Day 1: I was given the wrong room from what I booked, which was a downgrade. I have pictures of this. The hotel claimed this was accurate until I shared my image of my reservation which confirmed the downgrade. First lie of many but I won't list them, they should be apparent. 2. Upon returning to the desk, I was offered another room, but upon entering the room, it was being repaired and the wall was open and there were tools on the table. I have pictures of this and shared them in the text chat with management. 3. Upon returning to the desk I was asked to return to the previous room until a new room could be found. 4. I was asked to come back some time later that same night as the new room was ready. It was the same room with the open wall that had received some fixes so it looked clean but the ac was not working (this is why the wall was open) and the temperature was almost 90 degrees in the room. They gave me a fan for the room. I really tried to stay in the room but upon going to the restroom it was apparent the room wasn't cleaned because there was a disturbing amount of hair in the shower all around the tub. I have pictures of this and shared them in the text chat with management. 5. Upon returning to the desk I was offered the previous downgrade and was told I would be getting a new room the next morning and to pack my things so someone could pick them up in the morning and move them while I was at a local conference. 6. Day 2: I packed that morning before my conference and left everything at the door as asked. Upon returning that evening, my items were still in the same room. The manager explained she had forgotten to tell someone to ensure I received a new room and offered to cover my stay in points if I started an IHG account because of all the issues. I created an account. The manager also told me to pack again and I would get a new room the next morning. 7. Day 3. I packed that morning before my conference and left everything at the door. Upon my return that evening I was given a new room. 8. The remaining days were less traumatic. 9. I never received the points promised on my IHG account. I reached out and they sent me about $30 on points. My stay was $3000 in cash. I complained and they added more points but it was still significantly less than 10% of my total stay. They claimed they couldn't give points equivalent to my stay despite the earlier indication I would be refunded. I would like to stress both the staff and I were respectful the entire time we were discussing all these issues in person, which made me believe they would be true to their word. The employees at that hotel were wonderful and helpful. Management appears to be the challenge (and very dishonest throughout the back and forth detailed) and this hotel falls far below expectations, especially for the price.

  Im typically not a fan of dinning at hotel restaurants so my expectations where pretty low before I stepped in. Immediately Bonnie approached me with a great attitude and exceptional service. I ordered the burger which was surprisingly really good. She recommended the grilled veggies which I was also blown away by. This was a 10/10 experience and I would 100% recommend it.

  Check-in went smooth. The room was clean. But I had a slight issue trying to order food at the bar. The person behind the bar seemed a little all over the place, overlooked me several times but did apologize when I began talking to the guy next to me, which happened to be a coworker. Location of the hotel isn't very close to restaurants or shopping areas and Uber is a bit pricey. Not the best, but not the worst.

  A middle of the road hotel. Convenient due to the proximity to the airport. Rooms were clean and comfortable and have been upgraded in the last decade. There was just a bit of a musty feel to the room I had - nothing you could out your finger on but just something that kept it from being 5-star. Everything worked well and the room was clean. Very big hotel - lots of rooms and shared space. Work out room was decent - not amazing. Be prepared for a wait if you are relying on the shuttle. Can be up to 30 mins waiting for a pickup at the airport. Will say that for the proximity to the airport it was very quiet
