  My stay at Crowne Plaza Hotel & Resorts was wonderful. The hotel was comfortable, welcoming, and the service was excellent. Mikaela at the front desk was exceptional—she went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that I had a pleasant stay. Her kindness and professionalism truly stood out and made my experience even better. I would definitely recommend staying here!

  The service here is impeccable!!! Every single staff member was ultra-kind and helpful, from the moment I got in the hotel van to when I checked out. I’m an airline pilot and I’ve met hotel staffmembers that range from outstanding to horrible; the staff at this hotel is at the absolute top of my list.

  I had a great experience at Crowne Plaza, and I especially want to recognize Caitlynne and Mikaela. They were very friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcomed. They went out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of and provided excellent customer service. I really appreciate their kindness and positive attitude. Thank you, Caitlynne and Mikaela, for making my stay even better! Definitely 5-star service.

  We made it difficult- third party bookings and a split party, but this front office staff was absolutely phenomenal. Each of these ladies up front went above and beyond to ensure we had the right room and our accommodations were in order. I would highly recommend staying here, and will add this to the GenCon list of fantastic establishments.

The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome, attentive without being intrusive, and always ready with a helpful recommendation or assistance. ​What really blew me away was the food quality. Hotel dining can be hit-or-miss, but everything here was delicious, fresh, and well-prepared—definitely a cut above standard hotel fare. ​If you’re traveling for business or need a solid space to get work done, this hotel is a gem. The common areas are exceptionally designed for remote work and group collaboration. There’s a great mix of comfortable seating, smart layouts, ample power outlets, and reliable Wi-Fi, making it effortless to set up a laptop, take a meeting, or cohort with colleagues. ​Whether you're visiting Indy for business, a conference, or just need a hotel that actually understands the modern professional's needs, I can't recommend this place enough. I’ll definitely be staying here again!
