  Great hotel for a quick snooze before heading to the airport! Being able to park and get dropped off in the morning was so helpful! Many thanks to Leah at the front desk, she was outstanding! Pleasant from the moment we arrived and genuinely appeared happy to be helping us. Thank you!

  Best feature is it is close to the airport and offers a shuttle. Otherwise, the living area had a worn out sofa, the bathroom door had been painted so many times that it would stick and the bedroom ac did not function properly. The pillows stay warm. If you like a cool pillow, bring your own.

  Had problems when there for a dinner and meeting.. rooms were not ready till just before or after banquet was being served. The staff at the time was telling us that if we needed to change there were plenty of bathroom available...and was blaming the delays on the stewardesses and housekeeping. Then later was told by another guest that while we were in the banquet that thier room, with thier stuff already in it, was given to a guest that had walked in needing a room. This type of business practice is very unacceptable especially when the reservations for these rooms were made over a month in advance. This hotel had been used by our organization for years and each year there is something wrong like heat/cooling or water in past years.

  Dated room, I had a towel that didnt look clean but was folded like a clean one. Needed another wash. Friend stated her AC leaked into the carpet and didnt realize until the morning when she stepped on the soaking wet carpet. Rooms take at least a half hour to cool down. AC could shut off in the middle of the night like mine. The whole hotel seemed hot and humid and the van from the airport took a while.

  GIVE HALEIGH A RAISE !!! Checked in late into the evening and ended up having an issue with my room, call down to Haleigh and her demeanor on the phone made me feel comfortable to express my concern, she heard me out, agreed, and then fixed the issue in less than 10 mins. For it being so late in the evening she still had such a welcoming vibe when I checked in. There was a handful of us that all walked in at the same time and she got all of us checked in and taken care of quickly. She’s a great multitasker and incredibly kind. She has an old school kind of customer service attitude and that’s hard to find these days. She cares about the impression she leaves on her clients and you can tell. I actually cannot say enough good things about her. Hope whoever her boss is sees this and gives her the recognition she deserves. Thanks for taking care of us, Haleigh! Otherwise, room is updated, clean and airport van runs on time. Very happy with my stay.
