    "Chez" the night auditor at front desk made my entire stay an absolute pleasure. She always had a smile on her face when addressing me and unlike the other desk staff that seemed they didn't like doing thier job (changing towels, checking mail, etc) Chez ALWAYS helped me & has wonderful people skills , very warm and inviting, and a genuinely kind person. I will call IHG to recommend as Chez should be Front desk manager at this Candlewood. THANKS AGAIN FOR MAKING MY STAY SO NICE. I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND AND RETURN !!! (Management take notice)

    Been here for over two weeks and they have only cleaned my room once, even after asking multiple times for it to be cleaned again. It’s been over a week since I asked for the room to be cleaned the first time. Trash is starting to pile up and stink so we left it outside the door and staff left a note stating not to do that and our trash will be taken out on certain day of the week, but it’s been over two weeks since the trash was emptied. Not sure what else we should do. I’ve talked to several people and they always say it’ll be cleaned by the next day but doesn’t happen. Management needs to do better

    Been staying here for years when. But the new management doesn't seem to have grasp on how to speak to guests. Probably won't be back.

    This is a hotel used mostly by people here working and just want a place to stay. This hotel has a great staff that are willing to assist with your needs. The rooms are clean. There are not many kids here being its a basic hotel for extended stays with no extra amenities. They do have a washer and dryer on site for guest thats free to use.

    My husband & I stayed at this hotel with ants crawling all over our room and all over us for 9 days. We took cold showers for 9 days. We reported these issues 4 different times and NOTHING was done about it. My husband had to go out and buy ant spray himself after driving 16 hours. No compensation was even offered which would’ve been appreciated because we were overcharged $330.06. We have brought the overcharge to the attention of the front desk who is passing it to her manager. If this issue is handled anything like the ants and no hot water, somebody is going to have a bad day and it won’t be us again.
