A convenient location to access the convention center, reasonably okay room with dishwasher and appliances, and German cockroaches deciding to make themselves at home in the bathroom made this experience go from adequate for our needs to a disaster overnight. You should probably avoid this place until it gets a good solid month or two of bombings!
- WJWade JenningsJul 17, 20264.0We stayed here for an extended stay and, after looking at six different hotels around the Indianapolis airport, this was easily the best value for the price. The service was outstanding. Kaitlin (sp?) at the front desk was incredibly accommodating and always willing to help. The maintenance technician was also great. When our A/C failed during our second week—right as the 90+ degree heat wave hit Indianapolis—he was responsive, helpful, and made sure everything was taken care of. The rooms are noticeably more refreshed than the other extended-stay hotels we toured. Most of the competition showed a lot of wear and tear, while this property felt much better maintained. Ironically, the pantry was the one area that looked like it could use some updating. The only reasons I’m giving four instead of five stars are that our scheduled housekeeping day was accidentally skipped once, and the in-room coffee selection and availability could be improved. Overall, the customer service here was honestly five-star. For anyone needing an extended stay near the Indianapolis airport, this property offers an excellent combination of value, comfort, and a staff that genuinely cares about its guests.
