- THT HaasJul 3, 20261.0I'm sure it's a fine hotel but I wouldn't know. After a 12 hour drive we got there to find out they gave our room away and we had to spend a ridiculous amount of money to stay at a different hotel I could have stayed at to begin with.

No turnover of the room throughout the 3-4 day stay. No breakfast. Rooms are mids at best? The hotel staff was nice but overall pretty bad experience. Would not go again and would pay higher premium for any of the nicer hotels in Indianapolis

The room stunk like cigarette smoke and was filthy. When I asked for a different room, I was met with more rudeness. At least the second room they gave us was clean. The entire motel is OLD and shows so much wear. It definitely isn’t up to the typical standards I expect to see when staying at an IHG hotel.

Upon arrival I was greeted very rudely by the lady at the front desk who informed me I would not be able to check in early after I was previously told I was and wouldn’t even pull up my reservation to confirm. We came back at the actual time of our check in and the same lady rudely told us again that the room was not ready but after pushing a bit finally gave us a room. When we arrived back at the room after midnight our key card no longer worked and we had to get a new one. The AC did not work all night and the room was incredibly hot. Next time I will be staying elsewhere.
