- THTJ HeadleyAug 12, 20261.0Room smelled like smoke (cigarettes and marijuana). There was a shooting across the street the night we stayed. Hallways were not air conditioned and the rooms didn’t seem to be maintained very well

We arrived with a confirmed reservation yesterday night, but the night shift worker, Spencer, asked for my driver's license and then claimed there were no rooms available. If they were fully booked, he should have stated that immediately instead of wasting our time. Trying to find alternative lodging at 1:00 AM with a family is a nightmare, especially since online apps make late-night booking nearly impossible. This level of unreliability is completely unacceptable for an IHG property.

- AJAmanda JenningsJul 19, 20261.0DO NOT STAY HERE! If I could give this hotel a zero, I would. There are homeless all in the adjacent parking lots. The hotel itself was full of transient guests. A cardboard box would have been friendlier than the hotel clerk. She was like a robot. The entire hotel and room reeked of urine. The elevator sounded like its been years since it last saw WD-40. My daughter and I were approached in the elevator with a man with his pants low and his belt in his hand asking where we were going and where we were from. We immediately checked out.
