  Honestly if I could give minus reviews I would. The front desk employee was extremely rude & seemed put out that she had to get off her phone to check us in. The room stunk like cigarette smoke and was filthy. When I asked for a different room, I was met with more rudeness. At least the second room they gave us was clean. The entire motel is OLD and shows so much wear. It definitely isn’t up to the typical standards I expect to see when staying at an IHG hotel.

  Booked this hotel specifically because I would be able to check in early due to a concert I was attending that night. Upon arrival I was greeted very rudely by the lady at the front desk who informed me I would not be able to check in early after I was previously told I was and wouldn’t even pull up my reservation to confirm. We came back at the actual time of our check in and the same lady rudely told us again that the room was not ready but after pushing a bit finally gave us a room. When we arrived back at the room after midnight our key card no longer worked and we had to get a new one. The AC did not work all night and the room was incredibly hot. Next time I will be staying elsewhere.

  Location was what we were needing but….hotel smelled like weed. First room was not ready(well past check in) 2nd room only had 1 bed for 4 people, 3rd room used condom under the mattress. Needless to say we didn’t stay and wouldn’t recommend.

  We had our room changed three times before we finally decided to get a refund. Absolutely disgusting the whole place smelled like pot. We found a condom used under the mattress that was missed because they never cleaned our room from the last person staying. Front desk lady was also incredibly rude for the whole experience and never apologized for the experience.

  While the staff was nice enough and the beds were overall comfy, the room was very dated and needed major repairs. The strip between the wood floor and carpet was broken leaving sharp things sticking up. The carpet was very frayed due to this also. There was also a fake eyelashIash by the frayed carpet. Assuming they can't vacuum asking that very well since the frayed carpet would get tangled in vacuum and become worse. I even took pictures to show if needed. The toilet flushing handle was so worn the paint had been mostly knocked off. The shower was discolored in places at the bottom and while the bottom was clean there was something dirty at eye level by the shower head. The shower curtain rod is coming out of the wall causing the curtain to constantly slide open. The body wash dispenser was broken. There is only 1 outlet by night stand unless you unplug the clock. No USB!
