Room was clean and comfortable, well-equipped with everything I need for a pleasant stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I was able to get a great night"s sleep. What stood out the most was the exceptional customer service. Every staff member I encountered was courteous, and attentive. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

After I checked in, I walked into my room to find three people standing in there -- the general manager & two other individuals. This instantly made me feel uneasy about staying at the hotel, in addition to the room not being super clean & smelled as if someone had smoked in the room. I spoke to a lady at the front desk, explained the situation to her. She completely understood, and cancelled my reservation. Under the assumption that I was not being charged, I thanked her & apologized for any inconvenience. Unfortunately, I was still charged almost $130 for Monday night. I called & spoke with the general manager -- who refused to provide a refund, claiming it was a "No Show Fee." The same general manager who remembered being in the room that I walked in, so not sure how a "No Show Fee" makes any sense here. Would not recommend! I absolutely hate writing reviews like this, but hopefully this will help someone else avoid a similar situation in the future.
