  So to start this happened during the solar eclipse in 2024, we drove over 7 hours to get here to see the total eclipse and we booked through one of those third party booking sites. Every was good until we got to the hotel and found out they sold our room on us and wanted to run with our money and be greedy. They not only priced gouged because of the eclipse which I knew they were gonna do which was understanding but then after finding out they sold our room they told us they were not gonna accommodate us in anyway. So we demanded to see the manager who is the women in the photo. I dont recall her name but she was extremely rude. She insisted we cancel through the third party site which they had a no refunds policy which ment they wanted us to cancel and loose the 250 dollars for 1 night. We informed her they already have our money and we can't cancel. So we had to have them give us the only back or find us a room. So after about an hour of bickering with this "Manager" they said they would get us a room at a nearby hotel. Which sounded nice but the hotel we got was run down wasnt an equal to the room we were supposed to get. So in they end we got screwed over by them and I will never recommend doing business with these crooks.

  I have stayed in some crummy hotels before but it's been several years since we have stayed in one this bad. - The whole place looks and smells run down, including the room. - Arrived at 10:30 pm after multiple flights all day. Was so disappointed in this Hotel. Just stayed in a IGH hotel in Panama the previous night. It was unbelievably nicer than Candlewood Suites. - Just wanted to buy some water after such a long day of air travel. One 12oz bottle was all they had, for $2.50. - Soap dispensers are empty and/or don't work. - The room and interior of the building are smelly and gross. Barely seems like they clean. I could go on and on about this place but I think you get the point. It was disgusting. We should have just picked up a rental car and slept in it in a parking lot. We will never be staying here again! Definitely do not recommend!!

  I cannot recommend staying at this hotel for any reason. While it's conveniently located near the airport, that's about the only positive. The parking lot becomes very active late at night, with what seemed like non residents, which made the property feel less comfortable than expected. The room itself was filthy. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly, there was trash under the bed, and the room's fan was broken. If you're planning to relax and watch TV, don't count on it. The cable runs through the TV tuner and the reception was so poor that many channels were nearly unwatchable. The only reason I'm giving this 2 stars instead of 1 is the staff. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and genuinely tried to help, but they either weren't aware of or weren't able to address the hotel's poor overall condition.

  he pictures and ads make it seem way better than it is. The room was smaller than the pictures make it seem. The first problem was the TV. I fiddled with it for about 3 minutes and it would not come on. I was going to call the front desk but 1. there was no instructions on how to call the front desk. You could call emregency, schedule wake up calls, and do other things but calling the front desk was not an option. 2. Even if there was a number to call, I wouldn't have been able to call because the phone didn't work. I went downstairs with the remote and I said, "Either the TV doesn't work or this remote doesn't work." The guy at the front desk said, "Gimme a second boss and I'll be right up to look at it for you." I went back to unpack and fiddled some more. Another 5 minutes and the TV turned on. But then I spent a good 15 minutes trying to figure out how to watch TV. Finding a channel was not intuitive as a TV should be. I gave up and plugged in my Roku and that is how I watched TV the entire weekend. And the guy at the front desk who said he'd come up to look at the TV...he NEVER came up. Dishes were dingy. Having never used a dishwasher, I didn't bother using the one in the room because there was no instructions. And for a few dishes it woulda been a waste of water and energy. But there was no dishwashing liquid so I used the body wash in the bathroom. The pictures made it seem great and wonderful and there was a notice saying they were making renovations for a better stay. It was just ok. Nothing spectacular. Forutnately the TV had HDMI outlets and USB outlets. I plugged in my Roku and flash drives and watched movies. And be careful of the pet area. I could see that some owners don't clean up after their dogs.
