  The rooms were great the hallways were cleaning the service was wonderful the manager is shay was very hospitable welcoming it seems like a fun and no nonsense regulator the promises quality thank you Yolonda G

  The staff was terrible. They stood around complaining about their jobs rather that sorting out my, and other people's issues. Don't expect A/C to work if you are in lower levels.

  I cannot recommend staying at this hotel for any reason. While it's conveniently located near the airport, that's about the only positive. The parking lot becomes very active late at night, with what seemed like non residents, which made the property feel less comfortable than expected. The room itself was filthy. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly, there was trash under the bed, and the room's fan was broken. If you're planning to relax and watch TV, don't count on it. The cable runs through the TV tuner and the reception was so poor that many channels were nearly unwatchable. The only reason I'm giving this 2 stars instead of 1 is the staff. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and genuinely tried to help, but they either weren't aware of or weren't able to address the hotel's poor overall condition.

  he pictures and ads make it seem way better than it is. The room was smaller than the pictures make it seem. The first problem was the TV. I fiddled with it for about 3 minutes and it would not come on. I was going to call the front desk but 1. there was no instructions on how to call the front desk. You could call emregency, schedule wake up calls, and do other things but calling the front desk was not an option. 2. Even if there was a number to call, I wouldn't have been able to call because the phone didn't work. I went downstairs with the remote and I said, "Either the TV doesn't work or this remote doesn't work." The guy at the front desk said, "Gimme a second boss and I'll be right up to look at it for you." I went back to unpack and fiddled some more. Another 5 minutes and the TV turned on. But then I spent a good 15 minutes trying to figure out how to watch TV. Finding a channel was not intuitive as a TV should be. I gave up and plugged in my Roku and that is how I watched TV the entire weekend. And the guy at the front desk who said he'd come up to look at the TV...he NEVER came up. Dishes were dingy. Having never used a dishwasher, I didn't bother using the one in the room because there was no instructions. And for a few dishes it woulda been a waste of water and energy. But there was no dishwashing liquid so I used the body wash in the bathroom. The pictures made it seem great and wonderful and there was a notice saying they were making renovations for a better stay. It was just ok. Nothing spectacular. Forutnately the TV had HDMI outlets and USB outlets. I plugged in my Roku and flash drives and watched movies. And be careful of the pet area. I could see that some owners don't clean up after their dogs.
