    I checked in later in the day I had to call a couple times before you’re arriving and I accidentally went to the 1 a few minutes away, which was actually a little more and actually outdated. I got Martin time on the phone and also at the front desk and he was more than helpful, kind, courteous, and polite efficient friendly service with a smile also believe it or not. The same goes for the young lady and ICAH I believe it’s spelled. She was super amazing and handled my questions even late at night and helped me anyway she could.. I highly recommend this place. It is a very good price for the single bed suite I got very clean and they have just remodeled. I felt safe secure and right at it while on the road!

    Extremely disappointing experience at Candlewood Suites Indianapolis Airport. My stay was mishandled due to management changing and combining my reservations without my permission, supposedly for convenience, while assuring me I could still pay nightly as planned. Because of that change, I was overcharged for a nights stay. When I went to the front desk to resolve the issue, things became even worse. Instead of professionalism or accountability, I was met with condescending and disrespectful behavior from regional manager Jessica. While I was calmly explaining a billing error caused by staff, she felt the need to say, “I’m the head boss,” that completely changed the trajectory of the conversation and then made an unbelievably inappropriate comment: “Congratulations, you graduated high school and know how to read.” I was absolutely shocked. No paying guest should be spoken to that way—especially when trying to resolve an issue caused by hotel staff. To make matters worse, I was then threatened with being removed from the property if I didn’t “calm down.” Eventually, front desk manager Mika confirmed that I was in fact overcharged and acknowledged the billing mistake. The issue here is bigger than the billing error—it’s how I was treated. IHG should seriously review how guests are being handled at this property, because this experience was completely unacceptable.

    Il soggiorno in questo hotel è stato strutturalmente piacevole, ma l'esperienza complessiva è stata rovinata da una gestione amministrativa e del cliente a dir poco pessima. Nonostante avessi comunicato regolarmente la targa del mio mezzo al check-in, lo staff non ha aggiornato il sistema e mi sono visto recapitare due multe per il parcheggio. La cosa più grave è che, dopo aver segnalato il problema, ho ricevuto una prima rassicurazione in cui si prometteva di risolvere la questione. Successivamente, la direzione e il General Manager sono letteralmente spariti nel nulla: non rispondono più ai solleciti e le multe sono ancora attive a mio carico. È inaccettabile che un hotel di questa catena lasci a carico del cliente i costi di un evidente errore del proprio staff. Sconsiglio la struttura per la totale mancanza di serietà nel post-soggiorno.

    Good reasonably priced hotel. Rooms offer a full size refrigerator, stove top burners, microwave, and dishwasher. There is desk space as well. A rather spacious set up for the price.

    Garbage hotel charge me twice for a one night stay and claim then working on it for a month so far. Guy at front desk when I checked in, argued with me that room wasn’t paid and had me to stick in my card to pay again after I already paid way before I got there. Then after he was going through computer and seen that I paid it was nothing that he could do. He didn’t know how to issue refund or anything and said he would try to get it fix in the morning. All this happened on April 11 2026 it’s may 29 2026. Called and they claim they are still working on it. Worst hotel service I have ever stayed at and I travel more than half the year. Please don’t waste time and book this hotel.
