  Getting into the property from the main road can be a challenge, but the general location is good with proximity to many businesses and restuarants

  Hotel was ok. Didn't have a shower curtain so had to request one 2x. The outdoor pool looked suspicious so didn't try it. The room felt sticky throughout and for Plus, I felt it wasn't much better than the other Best Western we stayed at.

  The room was very comfortable, the hotel clean, the location very handy. But what I want to remark on is the service. Too many hotels forget that they are in the hospitality business. My experience here was fantastic. I had an issue with Wi-Fi. I had a very important video call that I needed to make, and the front office staff went above and beyond helping me and resolving my issue. So I was very grateful for that.

  Stayed here as we were passing through to Chicago. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, hotel was quite. Staff was as expected. For the price it was great! Breakfast was typical continental, area was clean. We actually ended upstaying here on our was back through as well. Very rare to find hotel at this price and quality.

  Shortly after check in a staff member who wasn't wearing a name tag or anything indicating that he worked there opened my room door for a stranger without verifying who the person was, so an employee used his employee master key to let a stranger into my hotel room, when i confronted the staff member he became combative with me telling me that he will have me removed from the hotel. I went down stairs to talk to the manager and the front desk people were so oblivious, refused to acknowledge there was a manager on duty and they just told me to calm down and refused to listen to anything i had to say. THIS WAS THE ULTIMATE BREACH OF PRIVACY AND SECURITY. I was with my girlfriend, she could of been showering or sleeping a d an employee at this hotel would of given access to my room to a male stranger, he could have gone in and done only god knows what. We checked out immediately. When I called the next day the front desk person was rude and dismissive when I told her what had happened. THIS WAS MY ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE AT A HOTEL I EVER HAD. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU VALUE THE SAFETY AND SECURITY OF YOUR BELONGINGS OR LOVED ONES. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN AND INVESTIGATED. DO. NOT. STAY. HERE. There are plenty of better hotels nearby. Staying here is a GINORMOUS MISTAKE!!!!!!!!
