  Brand new. Very clean throughout and nice amenities. The staff was great and very helpful. All rooms are suites with a desk, couch, full size fridge and microwave, stove top and dishwasher. It's in a quiet area not far from hwy 65 and restaurants and gas stations near. We would stay here again.

  My family and I spent 3 days here may 1 through 4th. Great hotel. Leanne and Axil were great at the front desk. Only issue i had the whole visit is they never came and emptied the garbage and never offered towels to be refreshed. That being said they did let me exchange the old towels for new. I would definitely stay again if in the area.

  This hotel was one of the nicest I've stayed in...everything was wonderful: the decor, the lobby was well laid out with nice seating areas, the free breakfast was good, they had "social hours" in the evening with free beer or wine and appetizers! The lady who was cooking/running the breakfast and social hour apps was so wonderful and nice. The rooms were very comfortable, well-designed, and even had a well-stocked kitchenette in the room I stayed in. The only slight downside was it was located right next to the interstate, so there was some light road noise, but it wasn't overly distracting. Overall a fabulous stay!

  Funny this about this, I was randomly looking for places to stay at for a wedding I had. I stumbled upon the staybridge suites. I booked a room for 4 people (my whole family got invited to this wedding). I was the first one to get there and when I say this was one of the CLEANEST places I’ve stayed in. And I’ve stayed in 4-5 star hotels. It was so spacious. My mom loved it. The staff was kind and helpful whenever we had any questions. They have free breakfast as well. The food was really good, especially the biscuit and gravy they had, it was delicious. I know that it’s a newly built building and this 5 star review might change of if I got back in a couple years, but for now, it’s a 10/10 for me.

  The overall hotel is not bad and the staff is amazing. There was hair on the bathroom floor that didn’t belong to my partner or I outside of the shower. We stayed at this particular location for the entire weekend. Complimentary full size breakfast (cheese omelets, sausage links, diy waffles with two waffle makers provided, multi flavored Greek yogurts- (you can add granola, strawberries, almonds, brown sugar on the side or in your yogurt)…diced potatoes, bacon, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, bagels (plain cream cheese), pastries, toast, variety of cereals, orange juice, apple juice, cranberry juice, tea, coffee, soda…condiments). The food varied by the days, i.e, omelets and sausage links were served on one day, scrambled eggs and bacon served on another day. Weekend times started at 7:30am Outdoor fireplace! You may or may not get to experience the fireplace if another group is there for a heaping amount of time, no worries on my end! That wasn’t my designated desired area to visit. But if it’s yours, I’m just going to say, sharing is caring!! Please think of others and don’t hog the public area spaces for long! The tissue box in the bathroom only had four tissues left, and two of the tissues were pulled out as part of the decor. I don’t know the protocol on that. Please replace tissue box before each guest or provide half of a box. Not saying half of a box will be used, but more than four tissues would be greatly appreciated. Parking feels limited if you would like to park close to the entryway, this also wasn’t a concern for my partner or I. If this would be a big thing for you, I would suggest get in sooner than later or don’t leave or car pool if you have to leave if you can. If it’s not a big deal for you either, a few extra steps are not a bad thing! I’m giving 3 stars because the Internet/wifi lagged soooooo bad. Each channel and I mean EACH and EVERY channel buffered. Also if you’re connected to the WiFi on your phone and wanted to watch something from there, you would have to keep re-connecting because it would kick you off. So if you have extra work to catch up on and needed to use their internet, My advice would be to go to the Starbucks or McDonald’s close by and hopefully have better luck at those establishments. My partner mentioned it to one of the staff members and was told, no one was in to look at it/ fix it. So after a full day, you can expect a nice relaxing hot shower, just don’t expect to catch a good show to wind down to. On different occasions, the tv would just black out, to the point, you would think..hmmm, did it turn off on its own? There’s no way to unplug it and plug it back in because of how it’s set up in the back. I understand, maybe so no one steals it. Maybe an antenna would’ve helped but you never know. And at that point if it gets that far, watching tv is just not in the cards. In our room, the tv was placed on a random side wall vs. directly on the wall in front of the bed. Tv was on a swivel but it doesn’t come all the way out, just a slight turn The room had a huge full size fridge, dishwasher, two-top electric burner stove and countless amount of cabinet space. Comfy king size bed. I’m not a fan of the goose feather pillows due to being poked and scratched by the stems of those said feathers (easy fix, remove them from the bed- bed came with two goose feathered pillows and two regular pillows). On this particular weekend, there was believed to be a youth softball team visiting and I’m pretty sure they had a wonderful time during their stay. The parents/guardians/coaches were not stopping several of the kids from running down the hallways. I’m not certain if there’s a noise ordinance time frame, they weren’t loud in particular but after the 5th time, the running was annoying. Plus since the tv wasn’t properly screening anything, I couldn’t drown out the sounds of the children’s feet. Again, I’m giving 3 stars because the internet/wifi and tv situation was HORRIBLE. That alone did it!! Please fix this issue sooner than later or switch carriers for better service
