The Staybridge Suites Greenwood hotel is located just off I65 (exit 99) just minutes from the Indianapolis International Airport (IND) and downtown Indianapolis host to Lucas Oil Stadium, Gainbridge Fieldhouse, Eli Lilly, Indianapolis Children’s Museum, Indianapolis Motor Speedway, home of the Indianapolis Zoo.

The hotel staff was very friendly, even though a manger was t on duty when we needed assistance we were able to get ahold of him . We appreciate his assistance with the reservation matter and will visit again when in town.

- JMJeremy moonJun 18, 20261.0I booked a two queen room and upon arrival their key card machine was broken so the gentleman behind the counter was escorting each person to their room. Once it was my turn, he informed me he didn't have the housekeeping list for the day so he couldn't check me in. At this point I had about 45 minutes to get ready for a wedding I was in town for. I left and got ready at the church. Upon trying to check in the second time, I caught on the screen that they put me in a king suite. I called them out and the attendant actually argued with me saying that's what I booked. If that's the case, why did the first guy know I booked two queen? Then what I assumed was a manager walked over and tried to smooth things over by telling me they couldn't put me in that room because the smell was bad due to a cat being in the room previously. I asked if they only had one of these rooms in the whole hotel and she didn't offer any explanation. Eventually I took the king suite because I wasn't getting anywhere. The room itself was fine other than the lights being an absolute puzzle to figure out which switches to turn on and the refrigerator making a loud buzzing noise every half hour which repeatedly woke me up. Location is fine but the management is not honest, I will find somewhere else to stay next time.
