- LLLey4 days ago2.0My family and I stayed at this hotel late Saturday night. When we entered room 316, there was a strong musty/mildew-like odor. I immediately informed management, and he brought a spray bottle to the room and sprayed the carpet in an attempt to address the smell. Unfortunately, the odor remained. We were also told that we could not be moved to another room because the hotel was supposedly sold out. In addition, the toilet did not flush properly, which was another inconvenience during our stay. I contacted customer service to submit a complaint regarding these issues, but I have not received a response yet. Aside from these issues, the hotel itself is modern. It is conveniently located near several stores, and the property was quiet during our stay. Unfortunately, the issues with our room took away from what otherwise could have been a pleasant experience. I hope management will address these concerns, as I would have expected better accommodations for the price.
