- DFDan FordSep 1, 20265.0Very comfortable and quiet stay at this location when getting repairs done to my residence. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable. It was so relaxing to sit on the patio area on the side of the building. I was able to enjoy one of, if not the best breakfasts (great selection with HOT & FRESH items) I have had at an establishment enjoying the peaceful sound of the water fountain. I highly recommend staying here. Everything is included in walking distance, (Restaurants/Grocery shopping/High End Bar/Banking/Ice Cream parlor) so no need for driving or needing a ride-share.

When inquiring about rates directly—whether calling ahead or speaking with staff in person—they quote a flat dollar amount without clarifying that it excludes substantial local and state lodging taxes. Omitting these significant fees upfront leaves guests with an unexpected spike on their final bill upon check-in. Quoting rates this way feels intentionally misleading. Room Quality and Maintenance Issues Our room fell far below the cleanliness, upkeep, and standard we normally expect from the Holiday Inn Express brand: Damaged fixtures: The room featured a visibly damaged lampshade and a blackout blind riddled with pinholes that let unwanted light stream straight through. Bathroom defects: The sliding glass shower door would not stay closed, sliding open during use. Severe humidity & mustiness: The room stayed damp and smelled persistently musty; no adjustment of the controls ever managed to lower the humidity level. Faulty HVAC unit: The heating/cooling unit was outdated, with its plastic front panel jammed on crooked and improperly secured. The Few Highlights Noise levels: The room was remarkably quiet throughout both nights of our stay, allowing for uninterrupted sleep. Breakfast: Standard, decent morning buffet with the usual Holiday Inn Express selection. Location: The strongest asset of this property is its prime, highly walkable location with immediate proximity to local dining, shopping centers, and medical facilities. Bottom Line While the quiet environment and walkable location are convenient, the deceptive pricing conversations and neglected room maintenance make it impossible to recommend this location over other nearby lodging options.

I must say from the very first day the gentleman that checked us in was so very helpful and pleasant. We stayed 6 nights and every single staff member was so very polite and happy. Rachel was one of my very favs. She made my week a thrill. Such a wonderful person. I would recommend this Hotel totally. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.
