No AC in my room. Terrible! Employee wasn't surprised. Window shade broke. Pool was closed and didn't say so when I booked

I definitely recommend this place it's my second stay here and anytime I come to this area I'll definitely stay here rather than anywhere else. The vet is so comfortable that the minute I lay down I just fall asleep instantly. The rooms are very clean and neat and tidy. Guest services are fantastic people are always kind and friendly and very informative. I say if you're in the area and you're looking for a good place to stay this is it.

We rented a jacuzzi room for two nights and the first room was super dirty im talking a tooth pick on the night stand white stuff in the bar sink *i like literally wiped some of it away with a napkin so it obviously just wasnt cleaned* and hair in the tub. Like they ran through and made the beds and called it good. Requested a new room and the woman was super nice about it and moved us immediately to the room next door. This room was cleaner but still not where it should have been. There was a big wad of hair in the tub and a ring around the inside so this time my husband asked then for cleaner and rags so I could just clean it myself and I did. I even filled the tub and ran the jets to get the guck out and im so glad I did bc it was disgusting but after I went through and wiped the room down to my liking the rest of the stay was great. The bed was comfortable, breakfast was your normal and the staff were super nice

Stayed at this hotel to attend the freedom fest air show. Room was solid, came with a kitchenette as well as a sofa. Plenty of room for my son's pack n' play too. The breakfast was solid and had some good options for everyone. The only thing that was weird was the trashcans in our room were not emptied from the previous guest, so it makes you wonder what else wasnt cleaned.
