  Close to the beautiful Marsh very friendly service and atmosphere is great. Swimming pool is excellent for kids and I absolutely love the basketball court yard area. Very fun family place!!

  PARENTS BEWARNED! Upon checking in the front desk lady asked what we are here for. I said we were celebrating our daughter’s birthday. She is turning 17. She immediately said you can’t stay here. I was confused and said what do you mean. She said no parties here we have had too many issues. I said we are just staying here we were shopping all day. I said you need to make that known online so people don’t book here. She told me I should call hotels first. Since when do people have to call to stay the night somewhere after booking a reservation. Mind you we live over an hour away. My party was two adults and 3 teens all 17. I understand maybe if I was throwing a little kid party in the room but we are just staying the night. SHE FINALLY let us check in after some convincing but I have never in all my years of booking hotels and numerous ones for teen weekends have I been turned away. I even stayed at this same hotel but the other side of Fort Wayne last year and had no issues.

  I was here for 2 weeks for a work trip. Hands down one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Ms. Billie at the front desk, Ms, Victoria in housekeeping, and Ms. Tasha in food. Hands down 10/10. Give every single one of them a raise. The customer service is hands down above and beyond. This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.

  Great room, very convenient. Everything is clean and well maintained. Feels like home away from home. Friendly and helpful front desk and cleaning staff, great customer service. Food and social hour is great, and the dining staff is friendly and dedicated. Amenities and location are nice, feels safe and secure. The front desk staff was very accommodating for my last minute 11 night visit, and found me a great room for my mobility needs and my dog. Lots of grass and clean areas to walk the dog. Plenty of close parking. Very comfortable bed and kitchen had everything needed.

  Courteous staff, extremely clean rooms, and extremely relaxing. As a woman traveling alone, I don't feel uncomfortable at all. The whole hotel smells fresh and clean. The whole atmosphere feels safe. The only area of improvement would be fore them to make a bigger designated dog walking area. Regardless, I will be changing to this hotel rather than my regular hotel that I stay at when I come here on business.
