  The service at the hotel appears to friendly. I was treated to a complimentary water and cookies. The check in person did miss that I had prepaid for breakfast. The decor is a little dated.

  Getting dated overall, but on-site restaurant and breakfast are a differentiator in this ‘limited choice’ market. Service was very good and responsive

  If I could give a zero star review, I would. The absolute WORST hotel stay I have ever had. The hot tub is permanently closed. We booked to stay two nights in a double queen room. They gave us 2 towels for showering with 4 people in the room. They don’t clean the rooms unless you are staying 3 or more nights so no getting dirty linens/towels or replenishing anything. The pool was out of towels both days. We had to wait at the front desk for 15 mins for someone to even come, just to tell us they were COMPLETELY out of towels. They lied and said the dryer was having issues. But didn’t notice my husband was there and overheard them tell another employee to focus on getting the towels done. The keycards work when they want to. They don’t work at the pool or at the exterior door to the pool area. The hot tub is permanently closed. Says there’s a heated pool, but the only thing heated in there was the room. It was a SAUNA. The pool hours are incorrect on the website. If you want breakfast, it apparently is not included in your stay. You have to pay $15 for breakfast. The restaurant within the bar is closed. The whole hotel has a foul smell, even though they have automatic air fresheners EVERYWHERE. They closed the pool to put chemicals in. They put ENTIRELY too much. My children’s eyes were bloodshot when getting out of the pool. I couldn’t stand being in the room for long it was burning my eyes just being in there. The beds are horrible and sinking. The queen bed rooms don’t have a microwave. Only the king rooms apparently. I called and made a complaint while I was staying and they said management would get back with me. It’s been 4 days since checkout and I still haven’t heard anything back. This was a COMPLETE waste of money. We spent almost $600 for 2 nights!

  Stayed in 431 Smelled like wet dog, painfully outdated, and the sink wouldn't drain The street is so loud at night to so be ready for that

  My family made reservations at this hotel several weeks in advance and have the reservation confirmation. After driving a significant distance to get to Fort Wayne, the hotel called two hours before check in to share that the suite we booked was no longer available and they had no other rooms available for our family. The hotel desk clerk, Haley, was rude about the whole situation as we tried pleading to her that they should have given us a room over anyone that booked after us. When we asked if they could assist us with finding another IHG hotel in the area, Haley said we would need to locate one on the app and make a new reservation through that location. We even contacted IHG customer service for support but they were unable to provide any support. We had to book a room 20 minutes outside the area at a higher cost, however, at least it isn’t with IHG. A similar situation happened to us by this chain while on vacation in Florida. Fooled me twice! Hilton and Marriott, you have our forever business.
