Crystal, the blonde woman at the front desk, was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. She clearly had no concern for my situation and refused to even speak with me about it. If she hates working in customer service that much, she should quit and find a job she actually enjoys. Here are also some photos of the stains on the room floor. Very gross hotel. Please go somewhere else.

I chose this hotel based on location. My young daughter and I needed a place to stay for one night so we didn’t have to drive home late at night. The hotel room was fine, but it did not seem clean. I ignored it, and we stayed. We ended up coming home with bed bugs.
I tried calling multiple times, and I was very reasonable. All I asked for was a refund on my room. I didn’t feel like it was fair to pay for a room that had bed bugs They never called me back, and never refunded me. Very disappointing.

I’m a Gold Elite member and I have almost 100K points, which means you gotta be traveling a lot to get there, and I’m not saying that to brag because 100k points might give between 1-3 nights,Lol.
I usually book through a 3rd party app just to get the closest hotel to my work location and I use my personal email and credit card. Employe refused to add my points to my membership account even though this is my second time at this location and a different employe had entered my membership ID number for the points and all was good, this time employe decided to give me hard time and terrible attitude refused that because I booked through a third party app.lol
She claimed that this is IHG policy in the entire country, I replied with this: If you would say that this is this location policy itself,I’d believe but she insisted that these policies are all over the country.
I travel a lot and my booking is through a 3rd party app and again my IHG is my email address and credit card!!Not the 3rd party app.
I don’t think McDonald would mind giving my sister purchases points if she used my email to buy her food. Lol
I cancelled my booking and requested a refund.

I stay in a lot of hotels, and this is the most run down place I've been in other than an Econolodge in the Appalachians. The staff was nice, and the bathroom was clean, but otherwise the place needs to be gutted. And I've never seen a hotel with a condemned room before ... Not sure what that's about (bed bugs, lice, mold, Cyclospora)?

Had a room booked for weeks then when we arrive to check in we find out they had overbooked and gave OUR room away. Did nothing to help us. Terrible way to run a business.
