  Great rooms, great service, lovely breakfast. Disgruntled reviews are from folks booking on priceline, booking.com, expedia, etc. - do you really think a hotel or business of any kind will reward a third party taking 25-30% of their profit? And that they're rent their best rooms to non-loyalty members who book through cheap apps? Think again! If you book through those sites, be prepared. I guarantee you 100% of the bad reviews on this site came from folks that book through those third party apps. This hotel was great. I'm a loyalty member which costs me nothing. The pool was awesome, the room was clean and comfy.

  What a wonderful experience! Check in was so easy and fast, the king suite was CLEAN, comfortable and very well laid-out, the price was reasonable (I’m an IHG member), and the service was great. Breakfast was more laid back on the weekend with later hours, which was very appreciated. The staff was very attentive and made sure eggs were restocked, coffee machine beans were refilled - they were moving fast! The king bed was perfectly clean and very comfy. This hotel experience was so far above the experience at a Holiday Inn Express in New Hampshire last weekend, which didn’t even offer a free breakfast. If you want an example of a perfect Holiday Inn Express experience, book a stay here. The gym and pool were clean and readily accessible. I really want to give a special shout out to Jane. She went above and beyond to meet our needs. I was watching her during breakfast and she never stopped moving! She was greeting guests, welcoming them to breakfast, wishing them safe travels, cleaning, mopping a mess, staffing the front desk - wow! You guys are lucky to have an employee like her. One thing I’d like to note. We were on the fourth floor and…no window mold! This is the first Holiday Inn experience in the last 45 days (3 holiday inns) with no black mold on window. I actually was NOT allergic in the room and slept wonderfully!!

  Had a very enjoyable stay at Holiday Inn Fort Wayne, Indiana. Front desk staff was Wonderful. Thank you Darrell and Pilar. Breakfast was very good. Thank you Bobby! Bean to cup coffee was delicious. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Thank you!

  I arrived at the hotel with my fiance, daughter, and myself around 10pm and waited about 10 minutes to get checked in. No big deal. I get to my room (#420) and there are ants everywhere!! On the walls, floors, and beds. There was also a left over chicken wrap in the refrigerator from the previous tenant. I wondered if the room was even cleaned at this point. I go down to the front desk and the gentleman working got me into another room but it was a downgrade. I went from a room on the top floor with 2 queen beds to a handicapped room on the first floor with 1 king bed. *Remember its my fiance, daughter, and myself staying. so my options were to have her sleep on the uncomfortable couch or in the bed with us. ( shes 7) * we decided to take the first floor room but then are told the curtains dont close all the way so they give us about 8 pillows to stack into the windows to block the sun and car lights. The next morning we go to eat breakfast and the entire lobby was full of people waiting. Breakfast was late and didnt open until 30 mins past opening time. I was told i couldn't be refunded because I booked 3rd party but that I would get " alot" of points to make up for my bad stay. I've called 3 times asking when I will receive the points because its been almost 3 weeks since my stay and get no response from the manager. Do not stay here!!!!!

  I was nervous to stay because of the low reviews but once we got here I don't see what everyone was complaining about. The hotel and room were very clean, a standard that keeps us coming back to Holiday Inn for every trip we take. The water was hot, and stayed hot for everyone in our room to take a long shower. The breakfast had everything available and was delicious. When we checked in it was very late and the gentleman that checked us in was extremely nice and in a welcoming mood even as late at is was. And for everyone complaining about being kicked out of the lobby at 10....you are in a public place and its 10..go to your room to hang out. I don't usually give reviews but I feel that a lot of the negative reviews were unwarranted. We had a wonderful stay with friendly staff as we always have with any Holliday Inn we've stayed at, it's this standard that keeps us staying with them.
