  Breakfast here is far below standard… I could have stayed at a red roof and received a more personal and welcoming experience and saved over 100$ Do better Potatoes available taste like they have been reheated there is no fresh fruit for the waffles

  This hotel and nearby hotels were booked with a sports convention or something I don't know, but anyway I've stayed at Best Western in the past but wont be returning to this location especially. We were not happy at all with the Fort Wayne Coventry location. #1 I was locked in the bathroom for 10 minutes because the door knob was missing. #2 Couldn't shower and relax because we had to wait on maintenance and that took an extra 25 minutes for him to replace the knob. #3 Elevators didn't work and we had to walk up to the 2nd floor which was already occupied. Walked back down the stairs and was assigned to another room on the 1st floor. #4 Room was too dark with only one lamp #5 Check in guy was kinda pushy and wasn't friendly at all , however the checkout lady was very nice.

  The room was dated but clean. Definitely needs a renovation. But the issue is they overcharged my credit card when I went to call them it put me on with a AI crap it gave me a number I needed to call that number didn't help or do anything because again couldn't talk to a person. So called back finally was getting sent to front desk where they wouldn't answer the phone. So although hotel wasn't bad after being screwed out of over $50. I would definitely not recommend or ever stay at that hotel ever again. And traveling with lots of people with work will definitely tell everyone what happened and recommend somewhere else. 4 star price for a 1/2 star hotel.

  HOOD IN THE SUBURBS I was greeted with 2 fire trucks & lots of people at the front of the building just hanging out. Out of exhaustion & in an emergency due to me had been driving for 15 hrs, I checked in & was told something was going on with the elevator but everything would be good. Another guest stated that the elevator was on fire, & it was a great day for us all because we all would be getting huge discounts as she just did. I asked the attendant did I need to rebook elsewhere? She stated “NO”, everything is all good, the elevator was having issues. I then told the attendant that I had just previously had a surgery on my knee, & I could not climb many stairs. She told me that the only room they had available was on the second floor. So I took the room out of exhaustion & I limited choices. Walking to the room, through smoke filled halls & closed hall entry doors the room was just not as the photos gave from initial booking. We opened the door to a nice sized chunk of ceramic tile cracked at the entryway as we entered the room. The carpet in the room was so dirty by the time I left my socks were filthy as if I had been walking outside, which I had to toss them in the trash. The toilet leaned from side to side when sitting. Cigarette burn on the toilet. The toiletries that was supposed to be provided the body wash etc empty and the teas were not provided I had to call down to receive them. Wall heater was making a cracking sound but we needed the heat so we ran it anyway. Bathroom was disgustingly moldy, smelt OLD in room. Towel rack was broken, & overall the aesthetics of the place comparable to the photos on the website is completely different. I posted a review on Expedia & they said for me to email them so that we could talk about it. I have yet to hear from them, & I was charged an extra $6 for some unknown charge. This place is a good look on the net, but trashy coming through the doors. The only good thing about this place is that it is directly off of the highway.

  Few broken things here and there. Fitness room is in dire need of some new equipment at least for the cardio machines. The employees seem nice and helpful. The wifi is pretty terrible. I noticed I could not really connect to it in my room. However upon moving my laptop and phone closer to the door I was able to get a connection. I cancelled it though due to a warning that the network was being spoofed and the data was being directed elsewhere. I stay at hotels in multiple states year round and this was the first time I ever had my system notify me of that. First time it basically refused to even want to load the "hotel connect page". Typically I get a warning to turn on my VPN due to it being an unknown network. Its good to see the protection software I pay for kicks in to alert about the network being hacked. Do with that what you will but Hotspot only for me today and wont be staying here again.
