  My hotel experience was awesome because the room was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The breakfast was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful whenever I needed anything. Overall, I had a pleasant and relaxing stay and would be happy to stay at the hotel again.

  A special thank you to the Manager Sam and the front Desk Clerk Maril. After checking out I realized We were charge for an extra day due to misunderstanding when checking in . Sam quickly step in and relieved me of my stress. We were able to get on road in timely manner for a family event . We appreciate the great services.

  I was charged twice for the same one room booking. I booked with Hotels.com in January and paid in full (I have the receipt to prove it and also my credit card statement too). I arrived, checked in, and the person asks for my card to be held on file in case of any incidentals. The following morning I check out and leave. A few days later I notice on my credit card there is a charge from this hotel, on the same day of my check in. Not only was I charged twice, this second charge is higher than I paid at the time of booking. I was already going to leave a review about our room having a very dirty chair in it, our window was broke and held together by packing tape, and the air conditioner didn't work so they moved us to a different room. I thought that was going to be the summary of my review of this run down hotel, but charging me TWICE for the same one night stay is by far worse. I will NEVER book again! Beware and don't stay here! I am waiting for the hotel manager to contact me back to issue me my refund. Until then, this place should be rated ZERO STARS! 9/28/26- I have tried to reach you directly, both on 9/25/26 and 9/28/26. I still have not received a phone call back from the manager nor have I received my refund. Guests beware, this place will charge you twice and not refund you! 10/8/26 - I heard from the manager who said my card was accidentally used to pay for someone else's room (how does that even happen) and would issue a refund. I am STILL waiting for the refund to appear on my card. DO NOT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CARD ILLEGALLY CHARGED!

  Do not stay here. This is not what we expected with a Holiday Inn Express name. The third floor has all mismatched bulbs in the ceiling. The room we were first given had a huge humidity problem. Unless you know spanish, the maintenance guy will not be of any help. The tv also was from the early 2000’s. The glass was broken all across the window and taped with packaging tape. The room we switched to on the second floor was better than the original. The second floor hallway lighting was the same and humidity was controlled. In general, the rooms are tired and dated, the bathroom tile grout is filthy, shower curtains don't go all the way to the floor (leaving puddles on the floor), the bedside lamps were dirty, our desk chair had gross white spots, bedding looked like it had bloods spots, and curtains are shredding and don’t close all the way. Also there is now only ice machine. We got double charged for our room when we asked to switch rooms and getting them to remove that charge has been awful. The only positive is the beds were comfortable. The online photos of this place look much better than it is in person. **** Notice the most recent five star reviews seem to be related. And come on. Super 8 leaving a review? Fishy.

  Extremely Disappointing Room — By Far My Worst Holiday Inn Experience I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Indianapolis – Fishers last night, and unfortunately, this was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a Holiday Inn property. I was assigned Room 301, and the room was extremely small — roughly half the size of a normal guest room. It was so cramped that it could realistically accommodate only one Queen-size bed. The TV stand and the work desk were essentially combined into one small piece of furniture, and there wasn’t even a desk lamp on the table, making the workspace very inconvenient. The luggage rack was also extremely small. I travel with a standard 28-inch suitcase, and there was simply no practical place in the room to put it. The coffee maker and refrigerator were positioned right next to the entrance, so every time I entered or exited the room, I had to maneuver around them and risk bumping into them. To make matters worse, the bathroom sink was badly clogged and drained extremely slowly. It was almost impossible to use normally. I spend more than 200 nights a year in hotels because of my work, so I have stayed in a very large number of hotels and Holiday Inn properties over the years. I can honestly say that this was one of the most disappointing hotel rooms I have ever experienced. I understand that some hotels have smaller rooms, but this room was simply too small and poorly designed to function as a comfortable guest room. The combination of the extremely limited space, inadequate furniture, poor layout, and plumbing problem made the stay very unpleasant. I strongly believe that a room this small should not be offered as a standard guest room to paying guests. I hope management will seriously review Room 301 and consider whether it is appropriate to continue using it as a guest room. Very disappointing experience, especially for a brand like Holiday Inn Express.
