Our stay at Best Western was excellent! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We enjoyed our time so much that we ended up staying for 3 nights.
A special shout-out to Gus at the front desk. He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Thanks to his outstanding customer service, our experience was even better.
We would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone looking for a great place to stay. Thank you, Gus, and the entire Best Western team!
DO NOT STAY HERE! I would give this hotel 0 stars if I could! This hotel was recommended to many baseball teams for a local tournament. MULTIPLE AirPods and other items came up stolen by hotel staff who cleaned rooms throughout the hotel even though housekeeping was not requested. The front desk made us feel as though it were our fault for not putting the do not disturb sign on the door and were of very little help trying to get to the bottom of the situation. Police were called and reports were made, which resulted in the arrest of one employee who had warrants out for her arrest which were unrelated to the stolen AirPods. There are many other hotels in the area, I would avoid this one at all possible!

Our car broke down on the way to the hotel a few hours before check-in. Called to explain our situation and that we wouldn’t be able to make it for our reservation as we were still two hours away and had no means of transportation anymore. Management said there was nothing they could do.
No offer of credit towards a future stay even. $300 for the night. Hotel wasn’t sold out the night of our stay, so we weren’t taking up a room from anyone. Extremely disappointed with customer service and management.
I can’t recommend staying at a place that refuses to understand things happen sometimes. Just beware that if you aren’t able to make it for your reservation, you run the risk of finding yourself in a situation like this and being completely out the money you paid for your reservation.
I would encourage everyone to read the owner’s response to my review. Just straight “by-the-book” speak, yet again displaying absolutely no genuine understanding of these situations. “You agreed to the terms.” I did, but I did not have any idea my car would break down the morning of our booking and it was completely out of my control. I would’ve happily accepted some form of credit, even partial, towards a future stay. Instead they demonstrated just a straight cash grab for the booking fee with no desire or attempt or assist in any resolution whatsoever. They got their money, that’s all they care about.

Everything was good but just a few manor things that I don’t understand why it’s overlooked and not fixed. The pillows are so old they kill your neck . Looks like they should have been thrown away years ago and there is no handle to hold on to getting in and out the shower . These manor overlooks cost this hotel two stars in this review.
