  Prepare to break the bank if you are traveling with your DOG. Pet fees are outrageously high at $75/PER NIGHT. Otherwise the place was nice, standard rooms/ no frills and it was exceptionally clean. 3 stars due only to the wild pet fees.

  Lights not strong enough for reading unless you are at the desk. So dim at bedside can go to sleep with light on. Bathroom vanity too small. People were tailgating in back parking lot which was weird.

  I had a terrible experience at this hotel. They kicked me out three hours early from my reservation because they were overbooked. They will knock the door down to kick you out if they have made a mistake and overbooked. Do not stay here if you hoe to be treated fairly.

  Disappointing for a Best Western.. Furniture in the room was very worn. The tv in our room would shut off on ots own about every 20 minutes. The staff refused to fix more rggs for guests, a small family with kids, even though it was during posted breakfast hours. A decent establishment but the staff needs to learn the priority should be on guests.

  A friend and I stayed here for a concert in town, the hotel is in close proximity to the Ruoff events center. The front desk staff was friendly and engaging with us upon check in. The bed was comfortable enough but the pillows didn’t not fit the bed at all. I, unfortunately, left my apple watch at this location. I called the hotel and they were honest and informed me they had found my watch and would keep it in their lost and found for me. I appreciate the earnestness of the staff (and i got my watch back!)
