- JPJanelle PetroskyAug 3, 20261.0I do NOT recommend this hotel. This was the worst experience I've ever had in any hotel, and I stay in hotels at least once a year. I choose this hotel because it had breakfast and an outdoor pool. I required the handicap room for my mom because she needs the shower due to mobility issues. The room had a horrible smell that gave me a headache and smelled liked like old dirty diaper and vomit. I informed the front staff as soon as I got there but they did nothing. We spent one night in that room. I was hoping the next day the front staff would inform housekeeping and address the smell, but when I returned nothing was done. I asked if they had another handicap room, but they didn't. They stated the only thing they could do was put us in a regular room and give her a shower chair. The second room smelt better. I appreciated her help just wish the staff had better training to problem solve, I had to continue asking for different solutions until we came to that one. Next, we never got in the pool because it was disgusting. There was trash floating in it. I never saw anyone in it. The breakfast was minimal, didn't taste good, and was cold. Safe to say I will never stay at this hotel or any within this company again.

They let us store a few bags before we could check in and were able to get a room ready for us early so we would have a place to stay while working on getting the car figured out. A lovely hotel! Great breakfast! Staying again to pick up the car, should have booked here in the first place and will stay again! Thank you!!
