  So the empty promises are real, my entire work crew were promised to receive takeaway breakfasts because we are leaving for work earlier than what the breakfast are available, well its been 3 weeks and it never happened. The washing machines and dryers are not all working, when reporting it to front desk, they just mentioned that a maintenance guy will look at it, same thing 3 weeks later and still a bit of a struggle to dry clothes. Other than that, the rooms are great and very clean and comfortable.

  Affordable and clean with breakfast included. Friendly staff. Would recommend for anyone needing a hotel passing by.

  I can never get them to answer their phone, I’ve called for the last two days over 10 times and nothing!! Just horrible!

  Paid $211 for someone smoking cigarettes in the bathroom under my room stains all over their couches disgusting laundry room with all the washers. All of them are filthy. Only one dryer works, absolute horrendous sound coming from other dryer, which squeals scratches and scrapes piercing the ears once you come into the hotel very deep smell of mold Unfortunately, reviewing all other reviews exactly saying the same thing as I’m saying, and nothing has obviously been done in years

  I stay at this hotel frequently for business and would highly recommend it. The rooms are spacious, always clean, and the staff is exceptional. Robert goes above and beyond to provide outstanding guest service. Thank you.
