  Good location. A hot tub would have been nice in the pool area.

  Very good value for the stay, beds were comfortable, room was clean, view out our window was a lovely green expanse, staff was professional and friendly, breakfast was good. AAA+

  If I could give zero stars I would. We have been here for about 20 minutes and it has already been a miserable experience. The woman working the front desk is rude, and can’t be bothered to help with basic inquiries. Upon check in, I asked to make sure that it was noted on my reservation that we had requested a crib in out room. She said “If you requested it then it’s on there” .. I said ok, I was just wanting to double check. She ignored me. She then hands me two key cards and says “one of them might not work so if it doesn’t work then just use the other one, when I tried to program them it only did one of them” … I’m sorry what?? My husband and I will both need a working card but she couldn’t be bothered to get us two working key cards or even let us know which one actually works. It was so late when we checked in and we had young, very tired children with us so I dropped it and moved on. But I was stunned that she found it acceptable to decide not to fix the issue and give us a working card. Whatever. We just wanted to go to bed. We then came to our room to see no crib. My husband went downstairs to ask that she double check that they don’t in fact have any and that it wasn’t just an oversight on our request. She would NOT check for us, and said “if there’s not one in your room we don’t have any”. My husband asked if she could please check to make sure and she said “no”. He asked if it was possible someone else could double check for us and she said “no.” If we could pack up our kids and go to a different hotel we would. Now we have to risk the safety of my 3 month old baby with unsafe sleep, seems like a liability. And deal with a very unhelpful front desk attendant who does not want to do anything but the absolute bare minimum. I understand if there truly weren’t any cribs available, I do NOT understand the complete lack of customer care and unwillingness to try and help in any capacity at all with guest issues. We will NEVER stay here again.

  I spent a few nights here for a trip and was incredibly impressed by the overall experience. The room was spotlessly clean, modern, and featured a very comfortable bed with a great selection of pillows. I also appreciated the spacious work desk and strong, reliable Wi-Fi.The location was highly convenient, offering easy access to local highways and dining options. Every member of the staff I interacted with was friendly, efficient, and welcoming. For a seamless, high-quality, and hassle-free stay, this property absolutely delivers. I will definitely choose to stay here again.
