  We arrived and were given a room, we walk in and it smells like weed right away. I go to the front desk and let them know and they were very helpful right away. They gave me a new room, and went to air out the other room immediately. The next room they gave us had an overwhelming smell of body odor. Again, the receptionist was very helpful, understanding, and kind. She gave us our third room with a free upgrade. It smelled great in there! The only problem was how stiff the bed was. Both my husband and I had never slept on a more uncomfortable bed but we did not want to be a bother for a 4th time. We went to the front desk and asked for a second comforter hoping it would serve as a decent mattress topper, it did not. We asked for a 1pm checkout and after all the inconvenience they still charged us. The staff was very helpful and friendly, but there were a lot of inconveniences. We will not be staying there again.

  The rooms were clean. The staff was friendly and they had the best biscuits and gravy of any hotel I've ever stayed in! Hands down, a perfect stay! We will stay again!

  I'm so grateful for this hotel location just off of the I-80 freeway in Indiana. After driving for over eleven hours from New York, and experiencing midwest thunderstorms on what felt like endless toll roads, it was such a relief to finally reach this Best Western in Indiana. It was a bit hard to figure out how to get into the parking lot at night since there is a Subway in the way, but the hotel itself has more than enough parking around it for guests. Check-in was easy and quick; our late night receptionist was a really nice guy who made it painless. Also compared to some of the cities I've been to, the prices for a good room here are pretty cheap. My room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed, as well as a sizable shower. Honestly, I don't plan to come back to this area, so I can't say that I'd book this hotel again, but if I ever had to find myself in the area, Elkhart's Best Western would be an amazing option. I would also recommend it to anyone stopping by.

  We arrived late but we were greeted with a smile and quickly checked in a room. It was clean. Great shower and comfy bed with nice pillows! Greeted in the morning in the breakfast room full of breakfast yummy goodness that was well seen too. Best coffee ever!!!

  The staff here was great, the hotel was clean and well-kept, and the breakfast—along with the breakfast attendant—was awesome. Unfortunately, I had to drop my rating due to seeing way too many centipedes in the room for my liking. It was also annoying to see people driving gas cars parked in the designated EV charger spots. Good stay overall, but those two issues held it back.
