  Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were decent and had everything we needed, though they were fairly basic. The lobby and pool were both clean and well maintained, which made a good first impression. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a good variety of options and was a great way to start the day. The standout part of our stay was the service. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Their excellent customer service really made the experience enjoyable. The hotel's location wasn't ideal, not because it felt unsafe, but because it was on the outskirts of town in a less developed area with limited restaurants, shopping, and attractions nearby. The hotel's overall aesthetic could also use some updating to make it feel more modern and inviting. That said, the cleanliness, good breakfast, and exceptional service more than made up for those shortcomings. Overall, if you're looking for a clean, comfortable place with outstanding staff and a good breakfast, this hotel is a solid choice

  Right now it is 4:30 in the morning and I can't sleep now. The room beside us has a bunch of drunk people that came in at 3:00am laughing loud and yelling, singing, and talking loudly for way over an hour now. Called the front desk but they didn't do anything. Its going to be a tired, rough ride home tomorrow...Thank you holiday inn for nothing
