  For the price this could have/should have been better. I'd made and paid for my reservation a month in advance, but when I called to confirm, my reservation could not be found. I ended up calling the main BW and the booking service to get it confirmed. Room was very pleasant, clean, comfortable bed. Small, basic fitness room. Ample space for dog walking. However, the area was in need of mowing, so I ended up using the nearby hotel's grounds for walking. I arrived at the tail end of breakfast, but the staff still made me an omelet from scratch, which impressed me. The oddest thing to me was that despite looking like a high end hotel, the sound in the hallways carried quite a bit. I could easily hear people down the hall talking. Most places I've stayed had better sound proofing.

  No soap, shampoo or conditioner in the containers in the shower. Of course, didn't notice until in the shower! Sheets smelled! Hair in bathroom. Bedside tables not wiped down.Outside maintenance was horrible grass not cut, weeds everywhere, landscape edging coming up! Arrived in the dark and most rooms in the area were full. Housekeeping was working Kitchen, front desk and cleaning! Extremely short of help. But $298 a night is ridiculous.

  I will never stay here again. Night shift checked me in. Go to my room hasn’t been cleaned. I go back to the desk and tell her about the room she calls her manager and they give me another room. This room smelled like a litter box. The bathroom hadn’t been touched hair everywhere toilet needed flushed and cleaned. Towels were dirty. The best was made but there was blood on the top cover and the pillow cases. So I go back down to the desk and the front desk lady calls the manage. It’s 530am i havent slept and now i have to wait on the manger to get there. 545am the manger walks in ask me what the problem was with the rooms i tell her and she tells me that she knows they are clean because she did them herself! So I ask for a refund she said they don’t give refunds. I asked to speak to her boss she proceeds to tell me that it’s too early to call him and walks away. So I wait for her. After 30 mins of listening to her cussing at employees she comes back to the desk and tells me they have no more rooms to put me in. As Im get ready to leave she is telling someone that they will accommodate them for their troubles.

  Manager calea running around yelling at employees and very rude to customers. Beds weren’t made up when asked, trash not taken from room, towels were taken but none were left. They need a new manager who doesn’t talk to the employees the way she does. Who would want to work for her? Not to mention when we walked into the room it was freezing due to their eco savings bull crap. Room was nasty with mold above the AC, dark black hair all over our sheets. Place smelled like wet dog walking in or molded carpets take your pick. Need new management that knows what they are doing. HORRIBLE PLACE TO STAY HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT.

  Stayed here for several months. Not sure what happened but all of a sudden I was down at the front desk weekly because of extra charges on my card. DO NOT LET THM LUT YOUR CARD ON FILE. You will be charged and charged and charged and it’s a literal fight to be refunded. Now they still owe several hundred dollars and refuse to budge. Attorney general has been made aware as well as BBB. Still nothing. Pathetic to say the least.
