- MWMike Welch6 days ago4.0Okay hotel. Not sure what the style is. I think it is eclectic bohemian. Bit annoying and trying too hard. They do have the cutest mascot Tripps a little white dog who lives at the hotel. There is a cafe and bar on site. I did eat one night and the food and selection was good. My biggest gripe was the room. It was okay with many power outlets. But the AC was terrible. If turned on the fan to cool the room it literally sounded like a jet engine. Way too loud and annoying. I had to turn it off finally because I couldn't sleep. Then has to deal with less than cool room. Also, the toilet would make an awful grinding noise unexpectedly again waking me. If it weren't for these issues the hotel was okay. It is centrally located near downtown. There is a adequate hotel level gym on site and a swimming pool.

The staff was really kind and helpful, and there’s a great playground/park across the street. There’s a children’s museum close by but we didn’t have time to check that out. There’s a brewery down the street with good food. The pool is a bit small, but still nice.
