  Awsome hotel top to bottom, friendly staff its 1 block from multiple, bars, restaurants, and shops. Clean well kept property and clean updated rooms. A pool and hot tub obsite, gym, sundries and souvenirs shop onsite, As well as a restaurant and bar. There is a Hotel dog who is chill also a Beta fish. There are outdoor seating areas amd many games available for use while onsite. Almost forgot the Nescafe coffee machines in the room... Great location.

  I have never visited a hotel with staff that is so friendly! The hotel was beautiful and clean including the pool and the workout room. They have a hotel dog named Tripp who is there for the belly rubs regardless of the time of day. The hotel also offers purified water stations on the floors by the ice machine so you do not have to purchase bottle after bottle of water if you prefer a refillable tumbler like myself. If you are looking for a place to stay in the area you should choose this hotel!

  Only one working the front desk and only one working the restaurant and bar area on a busy Friday and Saturday. Customers being nasty for slow service, they need more staff at this hotel!

  This hotel is very fun and artsy with great service. We standed in for a swim meet a couple minutes away and it was amazing. The food from their own restaurant was very good and the atmosphere was adorable. They have their own hotel dog you can greet too. The room was very nice and clean with alot of space for two queen beds. I would recommend staying here for Columbus.

  If I could give Hotel Indigo in Columbus, Indiana more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! This was hands down the best hotel experience I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. The hotel was incredibly clean, beautifully maintained, and smelled AMAZING…. seriously, I became obsessed with whatever scent they use because the entire place felt fresh, welcoming, and relaxing. The rooms were wonderful, the food was fantastic, and the little touches truly stood out, from the flavored water stations to the overall atmosphere, everything felt thoughtfully done. What truly made this stay unforgettable, though, was the staff. We stayed with a very large softball team during a busy tournament weekend, and Tabitha was absolutely incredible. She was patient, kind, welcoming, and somehow managed everything with such grace and positivity. You can tell she genuinely cares about guests and goes above and beyond to make everyone feel taken care of. We also watched the front desk staff handle what had to be a very busy and sometimes challenging weekend with unbelievable professionalism. It was clear some guests had very little experience with hotel stays and the costs that can come with them, yet the staff handled every complaint and concern with patience, kindness, and positivity. Honestly, I’ve never seen front desk service handled with that much grace. And then there’s Tripp…the sweetest hotel dog ever! He completely stole our hearts and has officially become our softball team mascot. We adore him so much. Such a good boy! We cannot wait to come back and stay again. Thank you to Tabitha, Tripp, and the entire Hotel Indigo team for making our tournament weekend so memorable. We’ll absolutely be back soon!
