- JCJustin CollinAug 9, 20265.0Nice place to stay, I was here 3 nights, very comfortable rooms, they have a pool and a nice little bar. Lots of amenities within walking distance, restaurants, Walmart and a great little Thai restaurant. The manager was absolutely fantastic, shout out to Raquel who made my stay great. I had arrived late the first night and unfortunately the restaurant on site had closed but they had some after hours food. I ordered something but I wasn’t very happy with what I got. The next day Raquel reached out asking how my stay was going so far so I told her about the meal I had ordered and that I didn’t like it. She immediately apologized and told me I could have any meal off the menu from the restaurant. I really didn’t expect that. The comped meal was great. Thank you guys for the excellent customer service and great accommodations. Next time I’m in Columbus Indiana I’ll be staying here.

The hotel is exceptionally clean, and everything is very well maintained. The customer service has been outstanding—everyone has been friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind. In fact, it has been, by far, the best customer service we have received at a hotel in the last year. Based on our experience so far, I would highly recommend this hotel.
