  2nd update. A week later and still issue not resolved. Holding deposit money for over a month is UNACCEPTABLE. Everyone better be careful. You may be unable to spend your own money while on vacation, business trip etc due to an extended hold from this hotel. Room booked 9/29 and hold still on our account after being told a week ago they would go ahead and push it through. Not supposed to release until the 14th. There is absolutely NO reason a hotel should hold someone's money for over a month, and especially with no explanation and being told it would be released a week ago. UPDATE! My husband called the number given below in reply to original review, the gentleman he spoke to said he would push the charge through and here we are 5 days later and the money still hasn't been released. Still being held and not available for our use, our own money. Husband stayed a night for a work project in the area, company paid..but upon check in, they requested he pay a deposit, which would be refunded if no damages. Has never happened in the past. This charge occurred Aug 31. This charge is still pending on our account and will not drop off until Oct 14th. That is a long time to hold someone's money for no reason. Husband called corporate, was given a case number and said someone would be in touch. Its been over a week and no one has called back . Holding money for over a money is not acceptable. This is money needed to pay bills, buy groceries, gas etc. Beware when staying! You maybe out several dollars for over a month!

  Nice place to stay, I was here 3 nights, very comfortable rooms, they have a pool and a nice little bar. Lots of amenities within walking distance, restaurants, Walmart and a great little Thai restaurant. The manager was absolutely fantastic, shout out to Raquel who made my stay great. I had arrived late the first night and unfortunately the restaurant on site had closed but they had some after hours food. I ordered something but I wasn’t very happy with what I got. The next day Raquel reached out asking how my stay was going so far so I told her about the meal I had ordered and that I didn’t like it. She immediately apologized and told me I could have any meal off the menu from the restaurant. I really didn’t expect that. The comped meal was great. Thank you guys for the excellent customer service and great accommodations. Next time I’m in Columbus Indiana I’ll be staying here.

  We were greeted and checked in by Raquel who checked on us through out our 3 night stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The hotel is being renovated and the rooms look brand new. Great stay!

  We had a great experience overall. The hotel was beautiful, and while our room and the breakfast area were a little small, everything was very nice. The pool was especially great.

  Our first impression was excellent from the moment we arrived. Racquel, the manager, personally greeted us and checked us in, making us feel welcome right away. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and everything is very well maintained. The customer service has been outstanding—everyone has been friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind. In fact, it has been, by far, the best customer service we have received at a hotel in the last year. Based on our experience so far, I would highly recommend this hotel.
