I travel all over the US for my company they rent the room when I arrive I put it into my name for the rewards, not this location they do everything to keep you from getting them. I have been to over 30 different locations never have a problem until this location with rewards. The stuff is always rude. 1/2 the crap don't work pool,laundry, gym equipment. Do your self a favor and stay clear on this place.

They just give you a run around to not give you points. 4 different people told me Molly would get a hold of me to see what can be done and nothing. Rooms always have some sort of issues. The pool is always closed. The free washer and dryer don't work most of the time.
