Not a bad hotel for the price. Check in was super fast and easy, which was much appreciated. Room was nice and had been updated, but did have a faint smell or cigarette smoke. Bed was somewhat comfy. I would stay here again.

Stayed due to truck breakdown, relaxing unintended vacation.
Terrible. They charged us our $150 deposit for the bed breaking after we sat on it, notified them and then telling us it was previously broken but fixed. Terrible business, disputing the charge with my bank, and will not be back at this location.
I also want to mention that the desk chair sliced open my husband’s ankle and my husband had to go to urgent care, despite that happening, we did not file any charges for the bill, pain or inconvenience. I might have to go that route now since they are being completely unreasonable. Save your money, save your time.
The location of this hotel is great. When we checked in this past Thursday, room was cleaned and acceptable. However, there were no visits from the cleaning crew for the rest of our visit, which was 3 nights. We had to go to front desk and get towels and trash bags so that we could take out our own trash. The breakfast was not great and fortunately, there are alot of great breakfast options within walking distance. This place has alot of potential, but management should reevaluate the current staff.
Update to owner response:
3 days is too long to go between room cleanings. The small trash cans cannot make it 3 days without emptying them and not enough towels are given to make it 3 days. Thanks for letting me know Best Western's policy for housekeeping and will consider this on my next travels.

I would advise anyone considering staying at the Best Western Green Tree Inn, especially families traveling with children or sports teams, to review recent guest experiences carefully. The online photos do not accurately reflect the facility.
Our room was not in acceptable condition at check-in: the floors were dirty, the toilet did not appear to have been cleaned, a cockroach was in the bathroom, and the room smelled strongly of stale cigarette smoke and mustiness. The bedding also raised concerns, with a rust-colored large cluster at the corner underneath the mattress, which is classic for bed bugs, and another family in our group found tiny black bugs along the seam of their mattress.
We also heard similar complaints from other guests, including teams who said they had been moved multiple times because each room had cleanliness issues. One family showed us photos of blood on the walls in their room.
The atmosphere around the hotel did not appear well suited to a youth sports tournament. While our group of 14-year-old girls was outside the rooms, we observed an adult woman, dressed very provocatively exchange money with a man and proceeded to enter his room. Because of the condition of the hotel, we checked out that same evening. We were then told we would still be charged for the full four-night stay and would need to seek reimbursement through the third-party vendor because our reservation was part of the Run for the Roses Stay-and-Play basketball tournament.
This was a disappointing experience. Cleanliness, safety, and customer service all fell below reasonable expectations, and I cannot recommend this hotel to other families. I wish I could share photos on this review.
