This means that you get to explore the way you want to travel (group, alone, etc.), time to spend and timing of trip, discuss budget and level and type of service, and much more. In addition, they tell you things you must do or have, depending on where you are going. Many times, they have traveled to the place you want to go so you will get additional information. The cherry on top is that they check in with you along the way!
